just got the first scam call on my home phone. they've already attacked my cell phone with 7 different numbers. only recieved one call at home, and it was this number. hopefull thats all we get because its annoying enough as it is calling my cell phone.

I get a call from this number first thing in the morning (before 8 AM) in the middle of the day, and sometimes late at night, EVERY DAY!!... wtf!!

C'mon now!! haven't you peoples watched 20/20!! These THUGS and YES they are thuGS, They buy this debt for nothing and make money trying to collect. Bad thing is they have aquired personal info. They scam so hard they pretend to be police and spew how warrents are out for your arrest and on and on they go, Which is baloney. Guess where most of there money is made?? From ill-legals! CHECK YOUR STATE STATUE OF LIMTATIONS Then report these thug miesters!! CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES A DAY!! BETTER YET~~~STAY ON THE PHONE AND SING THEM THEM A SONG OR TWO, REMEMBER ITS THEIR DIME PAYING FOR THE CALL.

They have been calling me and have the wrong person.  Clearly they don't do a very good job at fact checking when trying to locate who owes a debt.  They also use many different phone numbers thinking they can trick you.

Don't communicate with these rats and don't ever send them any money - ignore them always no matter how many times these repugnant pests call.

I guess they won't be stopped until the government shuts down this obvious parasitic, criminal organization.

I will look forward to the day when the scamming owners of this stinking company are carted off to jail in handcuffs, and please Mr Judge, give them a nice long prison sentence.

I think the complicit employees should serve some jail time as well for their involvement in this RICO operation.

PS--They CANNOT report an UNVALIDATED debt as a charge-off to the IRS. If you receive a 1099-C from them at tax time, immediately report them to the FTC, your State's office of consumer affairs and/or attorney general's office and the IRS.

The air horns don't work. The sound level drops the louder it gets. I had several people do that to me and I kept talking once the horn stopped blowing.

My son received a call from them today.  My son is 12 and I just got him a cell phone. Obviously the woman who had the number before had some debts.  My son told them that they had the wrong number and the agent kept harrassing him about this person.  I got on the phone and asked them who they were looking for and they told me the woman's name.  I explained that this was a new cell # and she did not have the number anymore.  The agent asked me why I was being rude to him and I told him he was being rude to my son, that he told the agent that he had the wrong # but he wouldnt leave him alone. My husband took the phone and asked the agent who he was looking for and the agent threatened my husband bodily. My husband then proceeded to tell the agent exactly what he would do to the agent if he ever saw him in person!!! The agent hung up and I called the company back on our land line w/#67.  My husband got on the phone with a different agent and the woman stated that she couldnt understand my husband (who's from Australia) and she couldnt talk to him because she couldnt understand him.  We hung up on them, but I will be calling back again to get his number removed.  I have already complained to the FTC about them, hopefully they will do something, ANYTHING

i filed with the FCC and Im also going to MY VERIZON under USAGE tab and blocking the number.Im tired of them calling when they say they would stop.its a bunch of people paid to get smart . they got ahold of my moms number and shook her all up. supposedy and hope fully for them they said they dropped that number as well. There is only 1 state I remember having to personally apply for a license. That was MN. The company has a gerenal license to collect in all states other than MN. There might be another state, but that was the only one I remember having to apply for.

anyways, i don't answer numbers that i don't recognize, and secondly, i'm not old enough to have accumulated any debt! all i have is a cell phone bill that gets paid automatically every month and car insurance that i pay to my parents! i don't want to answer because i'm sure they'll accuse me of lying just like everyone else.

Calling on a debt collection for someone who used to live in this house years ago - except they are calling MY phone number, which I've had for 20 years at my last few residences.  Don't like the fact that they're linking my phone number with someone who used to live at this address 6 years ago.  This is the third time I've asked them to remove my number from their call list!

Keep getting a call from this number and dont want to tell me whats all about. Keep asking by name and when ask whats the purpose of the call they wont tell anything or tell who they are

some one stole my identity and opened a card in my name running up running up an exorbitant amount of credit card debt. now these [***] keep calling me trying to get me to pay it off. its getting really tiresome and annoying.

This company was trying to convince my 85 year old mother in law that she was going to jail if she didn't pay a $12,000 debt that had been $2000 a few years ago.  This was a 1996 debt after her husband died.  It was charged off but credit card company. I guess anyone will do anything for money. I sent a cease letter and they stopped calling her. They wanted me to pay the debt.
