- p.o.ed-as-well replies to NAthe # you gave is a # from Apple Valley Minnesota(MN), and has nothing to do with the insurance scam ph. number we are talking about.
- Shell Bracy replies to JWalI too have been receiving calls from this number. I asked after the 20th call on Monday to be taken off the damn list. His response was for me to go suck a dead man's dick.
- Maas replies to Dragon0431"The number only exsists in thier switch and is used to make test calls to comply with FCC regulations."
HA HA! THAT'S WHAT YOU THINK. This number shows up plain and simple on my Caller ID. It is being used by a bogus company claiming they are your credit card company and they want to offer you better rates.
The FCC got my written complaint today. I am on the National Do Not Call List, and tired of this BS. - SergioJust got a call from this number, 757-990-8981. Fortunately, I have callerID.
Anytime I get a call: (1) from an area code that I don't recognize, (2) it says "Unknown Caller," or (3) "Private Caller," then I normally don't answer the $%^&*@ telephone. I've had a few thousand obnoxious/threatening phone calls in my time.
My attitude is, "If you want to talk to me, don't block your ID."
Sometimes that isn't enough, as people leave obnoxious messages.
Remember, just because you phone is ringing, that doesn't mean that you have to answer it! It's taken me a long time to learn this, and even now, sometimes I get lax and answer it anyway. Geez. - SCAM!! replies to M. Levin| 1 replySCAM!!!! NOT A REAL BUSINESS.. NOT YELLOW PAGES...NOT WARRENTY SERVICES!!!
PEOPLE TRYING TO PHISH FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFO...they use different numbers/names to spoof "trick" the caller id. They use different business names/services trying to sell you.
Do not answer or talk to these people. - ok replies to fbgood luck finding them.
- VietPhoThis Number just called me today and my phone said it was "Sales Department"
Freaken scammers. Why aren't they brought to justice?- Caller: N/A

I will try to remove.- Caller: do not know
- PaulaThis number called me in the afternoon saying "we're calling about your credit card. If you would like your interest rate lowered press 1". I knew it had to be a scam so hung up. They called again in the evening. This time I pressed "1" to see what would happen. It rang and rang with no answer. So I tried calling it back. The recording I got was "you are calling from (they said my phone #) please press 1 if this is the number you want MOVED." I think it's moved, not removed. In other words they're trying to take your phone service away from your present phone company.
- D replies to Josh Riaubia| 1 replywait till tmw u gonna get another 1 josh
- mcgrrlOn my caller ID the number shows up as "Sales Department" but no company name is listed. We are on a Do Not Call list. When I called the number bacl, it asked me if the number I wanted to remove the number I was calling from. I hit 1 and the automated machine told me my number had been removed. I hope it has been.
- BeckyGot the same call, usually ignore it but answered it this time. Wanted to lower credit interest rate, I asked to talk to supervisor and did, then felt okay to give info from credit card. Afterwords looked up company name, "Card Member Services" and all I see is scam scam scam scam. Called credit card and had it canceled out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I should have known better than that.
- Caller: Card Member Services
- Call type: Telemarketer
- AnonymNot sure who or what they want. They keep insisting I am "Josh,Joshua or J Goodwin" or "E, Eva or Evette Santana". I have tried to be nice and inform them that they have the wrong number, I have even told them that I was recording our conversation (which believe me, they do not like to hear) still did not work. So what I've done is placed "call interception" on my phone line (find details on Verisons website) which a service through Verizon. It's worked thus far. These types of mean spirited phone calls from evil agencies must stop. I have a credit score over 800, I do not deserve this type of treatment nor does anyone going through difficult times during our national crisis. Let's stick together, help each other and stop them. Good luck to everyone!

- BalzacThis number is being used in conjunction to commit fraud with Capitol ONE customers. I get phone calls from Capitol ONe with someone with an Mumbai Indian accent.
- This one's for D replies to DD - wait till the cops raid your "boiler room" for fraud. Your sham-wow boss won't be able to stop it and you won't be able to hide behind bogus phone numbers either.
- EAdd (301)223-0028 to the numbers from Auto Warranty Scammers - call it back and you a fake sounding Indian woman who identifies the number you called from.
- Caller: Extended Auto Warranty
- Call type: Telemarketer
- HaroldForget about using the "remove from call list" option. This number appeared in my caller ID more than a dozen times without a message. The day I answered, I heard an automated message suggesting that I may "qualify" for a lower credit rate. I eventually selected option "2": remove my number from the contact list. The next day, I received four more calls from this number. My wife decided to speek with a human being. She requested an end to the calls. The person at the other end hung up without response. The calls continue to come; sometimes as late as 9:00PM.
I think the news media should give this some attention. - peed off3012230028 is there new scam number they will never be stopped by a whistle and blow it in there ear thats what i do
- ddotThese people call me a dozen times a week! I have tried to talk to someone there. I need to report a stolen vehicle! The warranty on my new car is about to expire!! I sure would like to know where that car is. It isn't in my driveway, so it must have been stolen! HA HA I have never owned a new car in my life. When they call about my non-existant mortgage,it makes me wonder about scams. When they call me about my non-existant credit cards, again, SCAM comes to mind.
