poke with a Moriah, offering extended warranty on 2008 chevy malibu, I have not owned in a year. Told them I had multiple times asked to be removed from the list. Asked for supervisor (Roberto) was on phone said would manually remove my name after I told them I was on the do not call list and reported them every time they called.

Received a call on my cell phone from this number.  They are trying to sell extended warranties on your car.

Thansk for heads up on spam! $1200 is a deal to warranty the flux capacitor on a DeLorean time machine.

I am on the do not call list, which apparently is a scam itself because it does not work. I have kept records for the past 46 days (since April 28th) and I have received 34 unsolicited calls including 8 from this number, and I'm sure the same caller is probably using another number. I'm so tired of these calls and really don't know what to do. I quit answering several months ago but I let it go through the ring cycle in case it is a legit caller that will leave a message, but they never do, except the one that makes the threats to arrest me if I or my lawyer don't call them back. Any suggestions??

Just received a silent call from this number.i answered , no one said anything so i hung up. Added to my block list.

these people are like Herpes you will never get rid of them,  they keep calling from different phone numbers ....  I give up I never answer my phone anymore ,  My family comes up with their names that is all I care to talk to over the phone anyway ,   If you think you are Important to me then leave me a message otherwise I never answer my phone anymore,   My family have a nice ring tone  all other calls I have assigned No ringer

Called me and didn't leave a message.

They've called me numerous times about a vehicle which I no longer own due to it being a lease. I've told them that I don't need an extended warranty for a leased vehicle that will just be returned to the dealer after, but they still keep calling. And now that I have actually returned the vehicle, they still keep calling even after I've told them that I don't have it anymore. Ridiculous!

These people (or robots) keep calling me on my cell phone. Am on DNC list.

I called the telephone number back (760-509-8388) and pressed one to listen to my options.  I actually was able to talk to a person who said " are you returning a missed call" and I said "I want my number removed from your calling list"...lady said she would remove it immediately and hung up.

I got a call from this number, but I didn't answer it.

Call came from this number with caller ID showing "Telecom CstSrvc" from Vista, CA.  Did not answer and will be adding to blocked call list.  At this rate, I'll be blocking legit numbers and I may need.
