I think its kids making prank calls. they are using google voice. they find people in yellow page or craigslist. Just don't pick up if you don't know the person that calling you. pick up and hang up.

Got a call from this no. too. He called himself Ron and asking me to go to the computer because I have been downloading and that I am getting on their server. He wants me to go to the computer and bring to the site that he could get control of our computer so that I won't block their server. He said he is from the Internet Server Management. He's got a thick indian accent. He's been calling for many times today. He knows our name, too.

I just recievd a call from an east indian and also wanting me to go into my computer as it was getting a signal that my computer was leaking files out into the internet, after reading about this and hearing others receiving the same call i told him i knew it was a scam and don't call again, 3rd time in the past two weeks. From this exact number.

i asked him to give me his area code, asked him what he wanted, and he told me to [***] myself. also, inb4 2 little girls making deathyl screams over the phone.

The person was claiming to be a character from an anime. They have also started to harass a friend of mine. If this continues then I shall go to the police.

I recieved 2 calls on my home phone and 1 call on my cell phone, my daughter recieved 1 call on her cell and a friend visiting with a new phone number that none of us had also got a call all at about 1:30 - 2:00 am and all in the same night. Caller ID is a Maura Collins and they left a voice mail that was very dirty and vulger.

got a call today, good thing I did not pick up and checked here first, if you have an iphone install iblacklist and just block them :)

I just got a call from 1-760-705-8888 at 9:46 AM, on Nov. 25, 2011.

It was a young man's voice, with an Indian Accent. He said he was calling from "ITC" because it was reported I was mis-using my internet. I hung up on him.

I picked up the phone. He did not hang up. I said I would report him to Phone Busters.

It was on Musak I heard music. I hung up again, and picked up the phone. It was on Musak still.

please delete phone number 1-416-537-4949 and 1-416-537-2551 from using the google telephone.  We are receiving calls every five minutes

We have recieved over ten calls from this number in the last few months and each time a man with an Indian accent and atrocious English skills tries to convince us that our computer is sending harmful viruses to his server.  This problem is a real stumper to us as some of his calls come when our hardwired internet has been unplugged (we have no wireless).  Each time we ask him to remove us from his list and stop calling and he promply hangs up.  Tonight we informed him that if he calls back we would be contacting the police.  He hung up immediately.

Yeah so I have received calls from this number that keeps giving me death threats. I would really like it if this would stop because my friends are almost close to tears actually freaking out about this. They keep talking about their newspapers.

Unknown call, exactly 9:30 p.m., Alaskan time from: 760-705-8888,
related to a pet ad I placed on Craigs List this morning. Extremely vague, soft
mens voices. Was unaware of the issues with this number upon answering.

I have friends who use calling cards from Outside of the state. It is now on
my blocked list.

I'm fairly certain these sh*t for brains wouldn't know what an Alaskan fisherman's
seal air gun would sound like going off in one of their ear drums, but I'm certain
it would be interesting to find out.

They called my house asking to get into my computer to fix a virus that was affecting there internet communication. They had a eastern accent.

Got a phone call from someone with a heavy accent asking for me by my first name (with Mrs. in front of it). He then tried to tell me that I was having trouble with my internet. I told him where to go and how to get there and hung up the phone. Almost immediately the same number called again. I asked if this person understood english and his dumb response was no, he did not understand me. I again gave him directions as to where to go and for him to stop calling me. Then hung up the phone. I responded this way because I was scammed in a similar way a couple of months ago.

Called 6 times threading to kill me. Caller knew my name and exact address. It's a generic google voice number that anyone and everyone who makes a call from google voice it will be displayed as the caller ID. Google needs to get their [***] together. Police can't really do anything because google is USA based and I'm in Canada so getting any info on which account it came from is nearly impossible cause I the privacy laws and even if was to get a court order it could take years and even then who says the person who signed up used real info. How the f*ck can google get away with this??? Is this what it's gonna take to get this to change, someone getting murdered?? Someone needs to do something about google, they need some traceability/accountability to their users.

I got a call and after 20 seconds some dude asked if I was grinding with his girlfriend this weekend! It scared me because 1) statistically I may actually have been doing this and 2) he said he knew where I lived.  But after reading on this number, it seems like a prank.

called my cell phone, then my house phone, then my cell again.  No message.  The name that came up on my visual caller id was Maura Collins.  No idea who that is.
