Transworld systems inc (says they are a debt collector), leaves standard 54 second message announcing themselves but never asks for anybody by name.  They call from all sorts of different area codes and numbers to try to get people to answer the phone.  They've called my old magic jack number from no less than 6 different area codes and multiple prefixes in each area code.  Until they tell me who they're looking for, nobody in my household will be calling them back.
