This number keeps calling me stating that I owe them money for a payday loan that I didn't take out.  They have gone a far to say they were sending the police to my house with a search warrent if I didn't give them access to my bank account.

That link is to the Forums section of this board.  Apparently there are hundreds of scammers trying to pull the same scam.  Many of them are working from foreign countries that don't take the crime seriously and don't cooperate with US law enforcement.  

Hang up on the scammer.  Or blow an air horn in their ear.  Or ask him how much hisr mother charges (prostitution).  Anything to offend him and drive up his phone bill.

They keep calling me to every other day, I will start pressing 2 myself. Thank you for telling me that.

Now this number has been calling at least once or more daily,   772-236-3220.

appearently call block by the FCC is as usual,  its not of any use!!!

This number called at 8:58 pm. I heard a sharp ping and then an automated "goodbye" comment. They then hung up.

I am tired of them calling - help!

Calls since 6am, asks for another person in the house, when that person gets on they say good bye and hang up 5 times today....

My problem is that my local phone number is 772-2363. Every few days I get a call from a p.o.'d person telling me to stop calling them. It seems they've gotten 20 calls from this number, and when they've finally had it up to here and press their callback button, it treats the 772 as a local exchange instead of an area code, dropping the 220 at the end. So their phone calls me and they yell at me, and I have to go through a long explanation. Nearly everyone has been nice about it once they understood, but it's still a pain for all concerned. For months I thought someone was pranking my caller ID, but I called the state police and they learned what the problem is. So far they have no way to fix it, aside from my changing my number. Electronic communication is a wonderful thing.

Ive done this several times and they STILL call... At like 930 pm! Its irritating. National do not call list hasnt seemed to work either...

I tried calling them and pressing 2 (then called back and pressed 3). We'll see if that stops it.

These people started calling me and hanging up.

these people will not leave us alone - they are calling constantly.  Caller ID is only PTST Lucie FL and the number is as above.

I am receiving calls after 10 pm

these are a bunch of fools they call me, and would call sometimes over 3 times a day you ask them to stop they get like a A** and just hang up then you try to call back i would get a message this number is not good... but as of today 03/16/2011 no calls maybe just maybe they get the hint but again they are some real FOOLS

It's a Grant Company  They had the NERVE to call at 10:00 PM yes, that's right PM

I reported them to the Gov't DNC since they are in Violiation of 2 counts  after 9pm and
I'm on the DNC list

these people wont stop calling.... how does it stop? i tried the press 2 advice and the calls got worse. i answered and the idiot was at a club and i can hear the noise and drunk people.... wtf! they need to go away. i refused to answer any more call nor call them to press 2 again!!

They call at all hours then when you tell a live person to stop they keep going
