Scam survey company. They call from many different numbers. I call 'em back using Skype with no number attached to the account (no number; no real caller ID sent). For those who asked how they get your number, they actually don't. They blind-dial exchanges. It's computer software (like robo-dialing but a bit smarter). Any number that picks up (for example, you let it drop to voicemail) not issuing a disconnect tone gets put in the pool of active numbers for future redials.

They call my cell at least once a week. Every time they do, I add 'em to my cell's blocklist app. Cell rings only long enough to get a caller ID (fraction of a second), matches, picks up, and hangs up on them for me. Not a perfect solution, but it works.

Likewise to all the others. Just received a call now, 11am PT Dec. 3. I live in the Vancouver area. My number is private; I use the phone almost exclusively for outgoing calls — for this very reason — and whoever called did not leave a msg. I've deleted the number, and once I've posted this it'll be purged from my memory.
Whoever they are, they're time wasters. If it's important — an emergency, etc. — they'll leave a voice msg.

Just got a call from this number, didn't answer and no message left..

The call rang only once; too bad I did not get to talk to them since I was in the kind of mood you want to strangle (lasts longer, hehe...) anybody that doea as muxh as look at you...

Dec. 3, 2013 at 3:38 p.m.  I received a call from 1-778-654-3234 on my cell phone.  As soon as I heard "CONGRATULATIONS"  I knew it was a marketing call.  Very annoying. I hanged up right away.  Have added this number to my REJECT call number.  

Your cell rings.  Its 1-778-654-3234.    Pick up the receiver, or activate your cell,   as if you are going to answer the call but don't say a word.      They'll hang up, bcause it's money wasted on their part.  This just common sense..  a lot of these calls are voice activated - so keep your mouth shut.    

Just got a call from 1 (778) 654 3234. I didn't answer and they left no msg. I just wonder how they got my number since I just got the phone and non one except me and the seller know what it is.

Okay! I just received a call from them. After many calls i decided to finally answer. After i completed the survey it said to press 1 and someone will call to book reservations. As i pressed 1, i got a dail tone like they hung up. At that point i hoped it wasnt some sort of scam but all i assume they had was my phone number. BUT soon after! Someone called and it was very professional. Needless to say i was getting a free cruise to the Bahamas with a guest however there is a reservation fee. Since i dont have a credit card i couldnt book the reservation. But they said i could call back (but there is an end date for the promotion which wasnt specified). Now that i think of it though it could be a scam because it seems too good to be true! Lol

im in Canada and i got a call from them as well but ididnt answer went to voicemail and no message but if you have a smartphone lookup an app called mr. number that will help you out tremendously you can make different settings to each call like hang up send to voicemail,block number it a great app ... hope this helps ya

6:30 PM, Tuesday. The number is from Vancouver and I'm in Barrie, Ontario. No answer - they hung up.

it is a scam don't believe anything you hear on the phone saying you have won something. Its [***].

This number is a cruise scam,I have been getting this number call me every day for 2 weeks.I refuse to answer.My wife and son also get these calls as well from this number.If you dont answer it waste there time.What gets me is they actually leave a prerecorded message. DO they think I Am stupid.What a joke,beware of all scams.THE Microsoft scam from India is at it again too.Let the POLICE AND PHONE COMPANY KNOW.THEY WILL TRACK THEM.THE whole family and home line is on the DNCL or do not call list,This is how we know it is an automatic dialer done by scamming companies.

You guys are all nuts! Here I am living it large on a cruise ship in the Bahamas - all because of these wonderful people.

got a call at 7 am from 1-778-654-3234. hate these people. i called it back- some survey crap. im on the do not call list...!!
