3/30/17 15:12 PDT  Called while I was out, only ID wireless caller.  No message was left and will block based on the previous reports.

Telemarketing for home improvements. Claiming to be local but has very distant phone number. "Andrew" calling for his Dad. They own the company. But... I've heard this same script too often.

What a [***]. Casually , as if he was so sure of himself , asked what I wanted a price on, any home improvements I didn't ask for and then told me to shut up and we screamed at each other and we  both hung up. He had my whole name from a list.

When returned called, Verizon said it was disconnected

Illegal spoofed call.  Didn't answer (I NEVER answer calls from unfamiliar numbers).  Blocked this number.

They never give up.

Received call five minutes ago (04/07/2017).  Male caller said "Hello, hello, hello hello" then said my first and last name.  I could all sorts of noise in the background. I didn't answer.  When I immediately called back it said the Verizon wireless number has either been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service.  REALLY?. I called back within seconds. Total scammers.

this number calls me daily - its getting old  it hangs up on me

2:41 PM, disconnected on 1st ring, then blocked.

Caller ID = Wireless Caller

Received another phone call from this number today. They have called numerous times.
I did not answer the phone, and they did not leave a message on my answering machine.
My caller ID reads this phone number as "WIRELESS CALLER."

I’m almost certain that this is a robocall attempt from telemarketing scammers.
I will report this number to the free service that blocks and will "stop robocalls and telemarketers."
This should help me and others in the future.

The recording of the disconnected number is not fake. The number used is a spoofed number because it was a scam call trying to get something from you, possibly  saying you agree to something that you didn't.

The scammer calling you is probably out of the country. The number is spoofed and it is almost impossible to track them down.  It's a very good idea to have a car blocking feature on your phone.
