😂 I love what you did. If we all did something like that, they may stop calling.

said it was a wireless caller, after I said hello there was a long silence & then obvious boiler room / call center.  Said he was calling from Halo Construction in Agoura Hills (neighboring town)  Obviously not legit.  Legit construction businesses don't cold call & they would use their business phone so you could easily contact them.

Always a bad sign when the caller ID for an unfamiliar number is just a city in some other state. I blocked the number while it was still ringing.

Asked if I want my house painted. This person did not want to give me any info about the contractor. Scammers for sure.

Called in the early morning, but no message left. Crazy caller!!!!

Same scam call, different scam number. New scam number now blocked against calls to annoy me with in the future.

Using random phone numbers as a means to call and scam random people... what a great way to go through life.

And they won't go away either. They're like gnats on a camping trip.

Out of curiosity, I called the number back and got the following recorded message...

"the number you dialed has been changed, disconnected or is no longer in business."

I guess they called me two minutes before they went out of business. Now I feel guilty that they had to close up shop all because I didn't answer my phone when they called me. Oh, well... such is life. [whistles a happy tune]

And I suppose they spoof-called me using VOIP (or a wireless phone and phone number) because I've already blocked hundreds of scam landline phone numbers and several of those already-blocked, spoofed landline phone numbers belong to them. Well, guess what? Using a spoof number from a wireless cell phone (or VOIP) to try to reach me didn't work either. Next!! (<--- double exclamation point)

Called. Left no message. Since I don't know anyone in Kansas, I blocked it

9 am today, another call from a crook, another one stopped by my blocking service.  Also now blocked with my phone provider.

Spineless scammer. Blocked.

Got the call today answered i said hello  three four times nobody on the other end

I posted back in Mar. when they only had the beginnings of 1 page.  Well they're still at it, 4 pgs & 3 mos later.  Can they really be making any $ doing this??  As usual, I didn't answer & they left no msg..

Called again and did the same, no message left.

Called at the time I was preparing dinner, not time to pick up the the call and did didn't recognize are code 785. Sounded a scammer.

Called answering machine picked up. They hung up. Blocked

I acted on instinct and pushed the "call block" button on my phone before my answering machine even picked up.  Then I checked the number on 800notes.com.  A big thanks to all of you who report bogus calls on this website!

Asked for me by name.  I just replied with "who's calling?" No one said anything after that.  I hung-up and blocked the number.  When you get these unrecognized calls, don't call them back and make them identify themselves.

I got the same thing when I answered so just said for them not to call back.
