They called me at 10:39am on 02/04/14. Discovered it's a land line in Southeast-ojus Eaea, FL (Miami, Dade). While this is in the US, the rule of thumb is to **NEVER** call them back as you could incur 'ring and run' charges.  If it's important, and legitimate, the caller will call you back.

This appears to be reoccurring scam where criminals target people simply by calling them and allowing it to ring long enough to answer, then hang up. Our curiosity will get the better of us and we call them back determined to know who is was, was it important, and why they were so rude to hang up.  Then when we get our phone bill, discover that we've been charged fees, sometimes less than $20, but other times in the hundreds... all because you called them back.

Calls frequently. Is some sort of pre-recorded msg, Spanish, I think. Don't know what they are saying. Call at random times day and night. (Noon-9pm)

blurts a rant in spanish then hangs up.

This number called my cell early in the morning and left a pre-recorded message in spanish.

They call and hung up and when i call back it says the number is disconected

What I do to block them is add them to my contacts as DNA-1 or 2 or whatever number I'm on and the block the contact. This way if I ever have to change phones the block will follow me when I upload from my Gmail to the phone.

Why does this number keep calling me.

Got the same call everyone is describing tonight at 7:59.  I answered, also like some, having family in other parts of the world... Message relayed in Spanish, I said... NO HABLA ESPANOL.  I guess we tacomans are on the hitlist tonight!

Keep getting calls from 7862044358 and they hung up all the time.

Keeps calling and when I call back no one talks. It's very creepy.

I had a Miss CALL from this number and when i tried calling back it sounds like a fax machine number.

Getting unwanted calls from this number. Even after telling them I'm not who they're looking for. They will wait 10minutes or so then call back speaking spanish.

I got a call from this number. I didn't answer because I was busy and I don't know them. They didn't leave a message.

This call came in on my cell phone.  NO ONE has my cell phone number it is for emergencies ONLY,  Very private number and I am not happy this scammer phoned my on my cell.

This number called me right now. I don't answers calls from numbers that I don't know as well. I immediately came here to read other people's comments. Glad to know it's a SCAM !! This is to get you to call them back & then charge a $19.99 fee on your phone bill.
