Florida number with Spanish language lady recording, calls frequently, how do I get it to stop?!

I called the number back and got a message that said the number was not in service.

Caller spoke Spanish?  I hung up.

Message in Spanish was left.

I just got this call from (786) 204-4358. The message is in Spanish. If I understood  it correctly, it says:

"Congratulations! Based on your telephone number you have been selected to win an Android tablet. Press one to claim it, or two to be removed."

I think the original Spanish says:

"¡Felicidades! En base a su número de teléfono ha sido elegido para ganar un tablet Android, márque el número uno para reclamar, o el dos para ser eliminado."

called like 5 times today was a spanish recording

Suddenly started calling me every 4 minutes, starting at midnight Florida time. Got 5 calls in a row, and then it stopped. Didn't answer any of them. I'll probably go to https://www.donotcall.gov/ if they call me again.

Some jerk calls and calls and calls from this number.  It is a CELL phone (mine) and is pre-paid, which means nobody should have the number, whatsoever.  And it is illegal for sales people to call me on it.  I've no idea who it is as I refuse to answer.  But, it is irritating that whomever it is has become SO persistant *like I am ever going to pick up?
Phffft.

Just had these Spanish speaking jerks call 5 times in a row at 9 at night. It must be a scam.

This number keeps calling me frequently. I dont know nobody in florida, Im in california. After reading all this Im blocking it. Too many scams going around . . .

Had two miss calls from this number.They didnt leave a message and when I went to call back the operator says number not in service..

This is a trick..... DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!!!! You will be charged crazy amounts for each minute..... FYI they will transfer your line up to 10 times in a minute.... this will charge you $79.95 for each transfer, because once you are on the line it is considered 1 minute.If you made a call back call your carrier and have them removed the charges.

The originators of these calls are not in the United States so it's irrelevant if you are on the federal "do not call" list. Besides criminals don't abide by laws. Be proactive. Don't answer the call. If you did and you are worried give your phone service provider a call and let them know. They will notate it and you won't have to fight any crazy charges later. It will probably take less time than it took for you to google this phone number and read all these posts.

Got a new phone this week complete with a new phone number, other than 2 test calls, haven't told anyone my number let alone that I bought a new number.  Saw I had a missed call and it was from this number, google brought me here. Some scamming robo call it seems

Left a message in Spanish - Saturday Night 2/8/14

They called - I was busy with the wife - they didn't leave a message.
They called at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night.
