Just got another call from them telling me that this is their thrid and final attemp to collect on a payday loan that went into an account back in DEC 2007 and I stop paying on it 2008 but the account they are talking about closed in Dec 2006 so how do you put money into an account that is closed and take money out.  They are now using a number from the DC area that shows up a lnad line it is 202-697-4451.  they said that they are filing the papers with my HR department to sever me at work and that they need to verfiy my work address.  first off my work will not allow it due to I work on federal grounds.  I have asked for proof of this and they tell me that it is in my statements i told them no something my signture on it they cannot produce it I already called the bank they said it went to and they have no record of me in the system that is how long ago I had the account closed because my account numbers were stolen.  they are also working with another company called BCN INC.  out of SC i have looked their information up as well and it is a scam I am making another police report tonight about this because it has to stop now.

I have been harassed for four years by the same 'shake down' pay day loan outfit.  the employees are not intelligent, have a very poor command of the English language and are quite difficult to understand.  harassing, cruel, blithering mean people. indeed.  as a well trained paralegal with 30+ years' experience, they attempted to tell me service was effective via telephone and that I have been 'officially notified'.  I asked her if she ever attended a college level class or business school?  if so, she would have a basic understanding of how a complaint is served and what constitutes harassment.  five calls alone today, starting at 6:20 am. PST.  Numbers 205.533.8851; 202.697.445 and just recently, 855.782.1158.  if you question them, for instance, ask what court was the complaint filed in, the response date of the answer, what is the index number - they know jack sheet about it and get very volatile and hang up constantly.  something has to be done about this nonsense.  they have no concept of case/index numbers, date complaint was filed, etc.  fear and intimidation never worked for this lit. defense girl.  bring it on, mr. green money grubbing loser that you are.  I abhor cheap guys and cheap suits.  I ended the call saying 'you should pack up your desk, your offices will be raided soon by the FTC.'  I'm sorry.  I can't take them anymore.  I've told them I am fully disabled with a brain tumor.  they are cruel and make disparaging remarks.  they continue to get more aggressive, and I am frightened.

They call themselves  O'Connell, Greenman & Associates but I can't find any company by that name.  They won't tell you their address.  Most reports on other sites simply call it a scam.

I have been getting all kind of calls from different associate companies say the both a payday loan that I owed and I have paid paid cause they said I going to jail for fraud this took place in 2009 have sent records proof the say account numbers don't now someone else calling me now again can someone help me it's been from so many wat do I do now

I just received a call from them talking about a payday loan, when i called back the lady answering the phone was so stupid, when i asked for address info she began to stutter.

These people seem to have gotten my family mistaken with another group. I just got hung up on three times by three different people there trying to get it straightened out. They were reluctant even to tell me the name of their company. I can't find anything on the internet about this company other than these griping posts. With what government entity can we file reports to get them shut down?

They call themselves  O'Connell, Greenman & Associates but I can't find any company by that name.  I don'r know who these people are or where they hang out.   I'm sure they are not a legal organization, I think they are just a group of con-artists  working out of a rented house or back room of a commercial building.

They told me there was a court date set up and if I didn't show, they would put a warrant out, I didn't receive any paperwork, this so called mediator called me, but the actual business did not. I'm trying to figure out how come they found my number and not the actual company. Loan was from over 7 years ago.

In MN bad debt is dismissed after 6 years of last payment. They called me trying to scare me so I researched them and all that came up was scammers! I told them that and the woman questioned MY intelligence, I told her to stop calling me because they are scammers and hung up on her. They wouldn't give me their address in Minneapolis either.

Hey just got the same phone call, and they are harassing me saying they are gonna give me a summons! they tried not giving me who they worked for...so i asked and eventually they gave me o'connell, greenman, and associates! but i have not taken a loan out for as much as they are claiming! and the one lady said one person was asking for money then they said another company was!
