Call from Century Link / Appointment Reminder.  I have no account or association with Century Link so have blocked.  I am also on the do not call list.  No message left, thus I consider it to be spam.

Scam alert! Caller started leaving message on answering machine, (unusual for scammers) and when I picked up, he said he was calling from Century Link, that he’d gotten disconnected before (he hadn’t), and that there was a problem with our payment so he needed more information from us. However, we live in Canada (no Century Link) and have never had anything to do with Century Link anywhere, ever. That 800 number may be a valid CL number, but these scammers are obviously spoofing it. Do not give them any information!
