They called and said they were Verizon and then asked why I called them. Then asked my name. I said you called ME. you know my name. Then she kept trying to ask why I called. ha ha! ridiculous

Didn’t answer the call. They didn’t leave a message.

Got a call, didn't answer, as it did not show where it was coming from.

“Hello my name is Christina with Verizon I'm calling today from our online Internet support team regarding recently added items to your online Verizon card so I'm just reaching out to answer any questions that you may have and sure that you are aware of any special promotions that you may qualify for if you could give us a call back at 1-800-689-4701 we can cover best pricing and quicker shipping options thank you for being the best part of Verizon and we look forward to speaking to you soon…”

Called and then left a text message. Did not speak with anyone... Don't need you snooping on my shopping cart:

Calling at 3-5 am scammer! STOP!!!!!

Verizon employee called to see if she could be of help regarding a tablet I had in my cart.

Caller pretending to be Verizon and asking my name. I said you called me then he said I called him. You can’t be serious. Lmao. I just hung up. Serious scam, do not answer

Peter from Verizon questioning about wanting an "um new phone" then giving me a phone number to text and call.

Exact same call as others describe. Different person's name. Sounded surprised when I said, "Nope," and thanked me for taking her call.

Called me saying they were from Verizon. That was confusing because I'd just signed up for Verizon internet yesterday and had finished placing an order, so there was no reason for them to be calling. They started asking about my personal details and I got suspicious -- I googled the number and hung up.

Left a vm saying they noticed added changes to my Verizon card and wanted to help me with my 5G home internet...... I don't have a Verizon card and I have At&t fiber in my home. SCAM

Same as above. Verizon pretender in broken English.

Received a call from this number.  Did not answer.  They did not leave a message.  Glad I looked up the number.  Now I can be on my guard.

Received a call from this number today and they left a voice mail stating they were from Verizon Wireless and that there were some great promotions on my account including a loyalty discount as well as other discounts and said if I was interested to call back a different number they gave me. Nope, not calling back as I know better. If I wanna learn about or take advantage of discounts I can do by visiting my local store and not by talking to someone pretending to work for Verizon.

Received a call on my cell. Did not answer. They left a message.  Wanted to know if I needed help logging on ( I am a Verizon customer).  Only log on to Verizon to pay my bill.  Probably a scam.
Blocked that number from my cell.

Said she was with Verizon and my husbands phone was eligible for an upgrade. Left a different number that I could text them for a more opportune time to call. This was on my voicemail. 678-621-9714. I looked up phone number but found nothing.

Definitely a scam.
