Aqua financing calling for their money.  Here’s the kicker, even though I’ve given them my banking information plus authorization for payment and they can take their money to catch up the account at literally any time the person I gave my information for said she’d set it up to collect on the first of next month and put a note on my account signaling the payment has already been arranged.

Still getting 3-4 calls a day from then and I suspect will continue to for the next two weeks, even though I gave them all my info, correctly, and permission to take the funds.  Like, take your money and stop calling me already.

1-800-234-3663 ... I don't know who this number belongs to but the search reveals its a debt collector (Aqua Financing).  They don't leave a message and I have no business with such a vendor so I guess they are just fishing for information.  I have blocked them on my phone.

I have auto pay so why am I getting them?

That poster was here last in 2009, and will not read you question.  The poster was also a SHILL for this debt collector.  Almost 1/3 of the posts here look like Shill or Troll Posts.
Who do you have your auto-pay with?  If with Aqua, you should not be getting calls and you need to contact them.  If you are paying to another company and are current, Aqua is trying to trick you into making payments to them.  That is one of the ways a debt scammer works.  I have no doubt at all Aqua is a crooked debt scammer.

Then maybe you could have someone on the other end when we answer.  You say hello and there is no one there.  3 calls today after 30 seconds of silence I hang up.

BEWARE:AQUA FINANCE in crooked and unethical!
-You lost our payment and then tried to extort another payment out of us!
-You illegally call outside of business hours - even when I explicitly told you it was illegal to call outside of business hours and told you to only contact us during business hours. It appears others have told you this, as well!
-You changed our contract and then tried to slip it by us by telling us to sign another contract. You even said it was the same contract - until I read it and saw you had taken my husband's name off of the contract and the financing terms had changed.
-When I refused to sign your illegal and non-binding contract, you processed in anyway.
-You call at all hours of the day and night, repeatedly and when we answer, no one is there.

The point is....RUN! Don't do business with Aqua Finance.
We are now trying to figure out a way to get away from these chiselers!

There is no such thing a "business hours".  A generic description like that would generate too many different views.  If you want them to only call during certain hours, then you need to specify those hours.  However since they are not a third party debt collector they do not have to follow federal rules and only have to follow state rules in 5 states.  I would communicate your wishes by certified, return receipt mail.

Same issue here.  Whomever had my phone number previously owed money.  They said they’d remove my number.

You are assuming that they owed money. Around 99% of the debt collection calls today are made by scam outfits pretending to be debt collectors.  The fact that they told you they were debt collectors and revealed that information to you proves it since it violates all federal and state collection laws.

Maybe if they send me information to where send the payment will be nice. Call me about 10 times but didnt leave a message, work can't answer my phone...policy

I got three (3) phone calls today from this number.  I don't know who they are or what they want.  I've had this number for 9 years and never got a call from them until today (December 7, 2020).  They call and hang up; no message.  I do not answer unsolicited calls from unknown people.

Bull crap!!! I have paid my bill and the [***] keep calling. I answer and within a few seconds the call hangs up on me. They don’t leave voicemails, they don’t answer the my calls and I have never been engaged with such a unprofessional lender. I will definitely be looking to finance with someone else. By the way, this was just my first paid billing cycle.

Called I did not answer as not recognizing the number. Left no message. Aqua Finance has called in the past and left no message.  We have no unpaid debt. Credit rating is over 800. BLOCKED THE NUMBER 800-234-3663
