After my usual business greeting, caller said, "Hiiiii, is (first name/last name) available?"  I asked who is calling.  The young American woman did not answer my question, INSTEAD she said:  this is a personal call, is (first name/last name) available?   I asked what company she is calling from and she said Aqua Finance.  I asked her to spell the name of the company and provide the mailing address.  INSTEAD she asked again if (first name/last name) is available. I placed the call on hold, googled it and learned that Kurt Grossheim was recently named CEO of Aqua Finance, according to Kimberly Field, General Counsel of Aqua.  The mailing address is also listed there!
