My phone bill has had $10 extra added on for the past 3 months...my verizon agent tells me I have downloaded some thing called Cloud ring tones @63137...I have no memory of every doing that...Anyway he tells me to text 63137 and put stop and send...Which I did... the I recieved a message that say I am not subscribed to any services. Also to email you and see what the problem is..I am not happy about  the$30 I have already put out...I do not use the data plan and this is what they tell me I am doing...Can you help me...

i got a message that al my messages would stop if i did not put in th ode, so i did not put the number in and the said i was canceled it cost 100.00 to 9.99 on my bill i have been calling and txting them and they wil not say anything but put the numer in to be cancelled, i think this is a scam but im not stopping here i will press charges and they can do jail time for this activity.

I got the text because I entered my phone while signing up for something else, and it texted me a pin. I never entered the pin online so when I texted "stop" back it stated I was not subscribed to any services. Thank god!

i receive a call from this number and i hanged up, music was playing, then i got  charge for two phones 9.99 each, fraud

I rec'd text on my cell phone on 3/2/13 ( i never use  it for texting) stating that my acct will be charged 9.99 a month for subscription to My Luv Crush, which I never did.  I have a pre-paid cell phone from AT & T go-phone , how do I report this scam & what is my recourse to make sure my acct is not charged again. I can't stop texts from coming  to my cell phone.

I've been getting unwanted horoscopes on my cellphone from this outfit now for more than a month.  I haven't known who they are or how to contact them.  I do not know how they got my number, and I haven't determined yet whether they have been billing me.  I want the horoscopes to stop, as they are a nuisance to me and I have not requested them.  If this company has been billing me, I want reimbursement, since I have not authorized them to do so or in any way requested their service.

I was checking my phone bill, and there was a charge on my bill for what T-Mobile called a download $15.00.
I tried to call Sandra that keeps posting on here and I get a recorded message, I am calling T-Mobile to have that number blocked and see if they wont charge back that amount for a ring tone that I did not get.

WHEN THEY SENT THE TEXT, I TEXT BACK STOP BECAUSE I KNEW I HAD NOT CALLED THEM OR SUBSCRIBED TO THEM WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. SO WHEN MY CELL PROVIDER GAVE ME THE INFO. I WAS SENT TO A 3RD PARTY TECH SUPPORT THT KNEW NOTHING OTHER THAN THE NAME OF THE COMPANY, THEN THEY TOLD ME THT I WOULD NOT GET A REFUND FOR 3-4 WEEKS. WHAT THE HELL? THIS IS SOME BULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DOPN'T APPRECIATE IT AND I AM PISSED TO THE 10TH POWER. I AM REPORTING U TO THE BBB. DON'T PLAY ME!!!! I AM SENDING THE LAW AFTER YOUR SCHEWMING SCAMMING ASS.. No it was not your prepaid status that triggered this text. Same thing happened to me with version with a contract. Received a text s replied that I did nit want this and deleted. Next thing you know I am being charged 9.99 per month fron ringtone cloud witch I did nit order and had not used. The carrier did block this but did not refund the money they had already collected from me. Total scam!!!!

I have learned how to place a curse on the operators who are sending us these unwanted calls.  My friend is a practicing witch and practices spells and she is also from New Orleans.  It's all that we can do now.  There are no more choices left.  I curse all persons who call or text on this line.

Got a text from these shysters today.  Shyster:  "someone who acts in a disreputable, unethical, or unscrupulous way, especially in the practice of law, politics or business."

The text message stated: "Welcome 2 Horoscope 3msgs/wk urastrologynow.com Txt HELP for help 8002357105 $9.99/mo. Reply STOP to cancel"  (Or, perhaps reply STOP to let them know they found a live account?)  No thanks.  Google to see how effective their "STOP" function is.

Thank goodness we have text purchase notifications turned on (via AT&T Wireless).  I called AT&T and within a few minutes they had refunded the billed amount ($9.99) and unsubscribed me from this joke of a monthly charge.  AT&T also put a free "text messaging purchase block" on my phone to thwart this problem in the future.
