- Call type: Debt collector
- aprilbeefoxxI received a white card which is partially typed and had written on the front. It has only my first name, my sister and my mother. I have never had a U.S.Bank account and I'm not a dead beat. I have no deliquincy and just purchased my first house.
I looked up the number on google 1-800-236-4177. and got this website. I spoke to my sister and she doesn't have a US bank account. Not going to even call this number, seemed more like a scam at first. I know that my mother (who I'm not close with) filed for Bankrupacty 2 years ago.
I will continue to keep the cards that get mailed to my house as evidence of this harassment.call centers.
There are seriously better jobs out there for the individuals who work at these call centers. How about invensting in money management courses for the public. Get these people who are willing to hound and harrass people that they don't know, and have a positive influence. People who can't afford their bills shouldn't create their debt either.- Caller: US Bank

- MeTooI thought Federal regulations banned more than 2 calls a day
We have been called by this number for months regarding motorcycles they financed.
#1... I am a wheelchair user. WHY would I want a motorcycle?
#2... I have never taken a loan from them
#3... My name is NOT the name they are calling about
I told them to send the request for payment by mail. They asked for my address and I told them they must have it if they insist I am the person they claim.
They started calling again so I reported the number as harassment- Caller: US bank

- Aloha3 to 5 calls/day
Yesterday, I picked up the phone & said, hello three times. They hung up on me.
The next day another call, I answered, said hello 3x. Still, no one would respond/they hung up on me. I called the # & an automated machine requested my cc#. Entered fake cc# and it transferred me to a recording of someone typing for 30 seconds. I said, hello 3x and I hung up.
15mins later another call, I said hello. Someone was talking in the background. I asked them to add me to their do not call list. They hung up on me.
I've been on the DNC for a year and the telemarketers/spoofers are getting worse. I get 25calls/day on my caller ID. I filed a claim.
I don't have a credit card.
My phone rings almost every hour (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs). It started to annoy my visitors so I turned my ringer off.- Caller: Unknown credit card company

- DBReceived a call for someone asking for me through my husband's cell phone. The person kept asking if I was who they were looking for and every I asked who this was they did not say who or where they were calling from. I hung up called back, then it asked me to enter my account number and then said if you don't they asked me to hold. So I hung up. No idea what this about or who it is. Very concerning.
- Caller: Card Member Services
- S. De Haven replies to JoeMore than likely Cardmember from U.S. Bank. They have been stopped by Dr.'s order from calling my number. They've switched numbers. Bank has committed "bank errors", and they are not willing to acknowledge their incorrectness. Guess they will have to argue with an attorney.
- S. De Haven replies to MrclownNo scam. Debt collection for Cardmember Services. Unfortunately for them, one called, berated me, and then used the "f" word. I hung up on them. If they are harrasing you unjustly, or harrasing, call The Consumer Protection Agency.
- G.Sickofthemwakingmeup!I know it's a bill collector for us bank, problem is I was told that now that I'm squared up I would be removed from the list....3 weeks later and the jerks are still calling!

- Tired of Unwanted Phone CallsI kept getting calls from this number "Unknown Caller" so I answered it to get them to stop calling. They asked for a person that I sold a timeshare vacation to over 4 years ago. I never met this person other than an online transaction so how they even got my number associated with this person is beyond my comprehension. I was told that the call "may be monitored" to which I replied, "Good!" They need reported for harassment since I have had no dealings with this company whatsoever.
