Received a call from phone number (877) 838-4347 that left a voice-mail from a generic accented female:

     “This is an important message from card member services.
      Please contact us IMMEDiately regarding your account.
      Our toll free number is 1 800 236 4177
      Our office hours are: Monday through Thursday 7am to 10:45pm, Friday 7am to 4:45pm and Saturday 7am to Noon.
      Again our number is 1 800 236 4177
      THANK you.”

She did not:
1. Identify herself ?
2. Identify the company ?
3. Provide the date or time ?
4. Leave a geographic location from where she was calling from ?
5. Provide any greater detail identifying the purpose of the voice-mail ?
6. Provide any greater detail identifying the type of account relevant to the purpose of the voice-mail ?
7. Ect.

Overall experience: Very Poor
Advice: Don't call us, We will call you (If We arranged the auto/robo/hacker/alert call We customize it...)

They talking about credit card annual payments

At least 40 calls in last 2 weeks!
No answering machine on landline so no message and we never answer.
5 calls yesterday alone!
Aggravating and disgusting!
They start right at 8 am

They are a collection agency phishing for personal info to collect a debt. I had surgery and before I left hospital the anesthesia group sold my account to a collection group. My insurance and coverage was approved but this agency can’t file for payment and the anesthesia group aren’t answering the phones due to the pandemic. So, the story drones on as several times a day, the calls continue!!  Good Luck with this company! lol. Stay Safe!!

I just received a call and sound like a bank , they said card member services and ask for your cc # , they transfer me to the operator and the first question was my social security number, and I ask what bank it’s? She said I can’t said you .
Scammers that they look more as a bank .

100%  scam.
I called the number back and recorded message says card service but no bank name  and asks if i know the extension or representative name.
I respond  no.

It tells me to enter my card number..
Lol ... Nooooo

multiple calls with multiple numbers this one starts then seconds after it's disconnected the second call comes in with a different number the third one after that one all three have the same no message left tired of these so-called creditors calling three damn times with three damn different numbers

I answer this "Card Member"s call, and 3 seconds later they hang up. I blocked them and they still attempt to call me

Its worse than spam at this point, I just look in my recent contacts, and I can't see one page without this stupid "Card Member" Popping up in my recents.

They've called me multiple times a day for over a week except Sunday.... How kind /s. I have spam detection on for my calls and it asks who they are and why they're calling... There never is an answer and either they'll hang up or Google says it's a scam and hangs up. I am not behind on any credit card debt, I have some hospital bills but those are like over a year old and I haven't been contacted about them in months. Just aggravating!!!

Thank goodness for this site. Being called from this number starting a couple days ago. Also got an email from "cardmember services".

Blocked the number, reported the email as spam. Hopefully that's that.

Called both me and my wife this morning... Not behind on anything... Suspect it's for our daughter.
This came up in my search results right underneath 800 notes I read through a little bit and evidently they can help if you're getting calls from this number or some others... sounds like to me they violated everybody's rights that has made a reply here...... I heard somebody getting calls before and they were not supposed to get any more and the guy had his lawyer sue them and he got $15,000 for each call they made after they were supposed to stop.....
FYI this was not his lawyer...
