I received a letter from National Vehicle Headquarters telling me that my vehicle's warranty is about to expire and I have to call their number 18002619178. I know it's a scam because their letter has no logo, they don't mention what car I have, no name of the sender and there coverage is unbelievable. So I check online the number and my suspicion is correct.

Not all businesses have "logos" - clods and scammers can create "logos" easily if they want to.
It is the absence of the other "details" that you were looking for that showed you it was a scam.

I just recieved this letter from Natioal Vehicle Headquarters ( 770 Spirit Of St. Louis Blvd. Chesterfield, MO. 63005 / 1 800 261 9178 ) and it has no postal service marking on it whatsoever. They are claiming I need to contact them because my warranty has ran out and I need to take immediate action before its to late. This is like the 4th  "last" notice I will get ( lol ). Sounds like a scam.

Got a similar letter. My car is 4 months 1200 miles and nowhere near the extended warranty need. What are you doing Equifax and Transunion?

This is a legitimate company and the agents are licensed through the department of insurance to provide extended repair coverage on most makes and models of vehicles.  The letters do not state the expiration of your warranty, that is the expiration on the offer so people do not wait until the vehicle is broken down before they call.  The coverage for a new car expires when you reach 100k miles, the lower your mileage is when you purchase it, the cheaper the rate will be. It should always be setup when the vehicle is newer otherwise you only get very limited coverage later on.  It's NOT A SCAM. They are part of another larger company that also contracts out with dealers to help their customers and also has a division that markets the MOPAR lifetime extended warranties for Dodge and Chrysler vehicles.

Good thing I checked online because it seems odd that I got this letter in the mail about my mechanical coverage being expired when I just bought my car in January. I could tell this was a scam or not from my dealer because the envelope was blank with no credentials and a normal stamp that anyone could put on it.

I got the same letter 2 days ago and I felt that it was a scam, I have noticed the same signs of fraud on the letter, unfortunately, we are offering them a very big help and they should appreciate what we do for them because we are pinpointing their weaknesses so that they can improve their deceptive techniques through benefiting from our feedbacks.

Be aware of this people I received a call and they offered me their coverage services and they gave me 30 days to cancel, they took 225 dollars from my account the first day and 20 days later I called because nobody called me and they didnt send me a copy of the contract in the first seven days, So, I called and the lady from the "customer service" was really mad because I was calling to cancel and she was asking me for reasons to cancel and trying to convince me that I have no other choice. She said the only way to cancel is by email or scanning a letter stating the reasons to cancel and this is was at 5 days from the dead line. So, my wife was with the suspicion of a scam, I went to google to find out any info about the email that the lady from customer service gave me to send the letter of cancellation ( customerservce@atcisg.com ) and the number 1-800-261-9178 and I found all these comments from you guys, Now I will go to my bank to claim protection for my credit card.

Wow, Aaron. You sound like you work for this company and are trying to defend it's name so you can benefit.
How about this, you bought my name and the address where I receive my mail. How about you figure out what car I have and a portion of the VIN.
You may be correct. This may be a perfectly legal company but it most certainly is a company that is making it's living off of fast talking and preying on people. We have all heard of these operations. The company is counting on a percentage of the public that can be convinced of doom and gloom scenarios.
Well, no thanks. But hey, thanks for the entertainment.
    Have a great day.
