- Tom| 1 replyThe pre-recorded voice informs me, "This is your final notice from Credit Card Services." There is no option to be placed on DNC list so I push "1" to speak with an agent. Guy from India answers and I told him the recording says this is my final notice. Before I could tell him, "You people call me almost every day" he hung up on me.

This number called the office yesterday while I was checking in. On the other end was the female-voiced robocall for Cardmember Services. The call disconnected itself when I didn't press any buttons to continue.
If this is a legitimate number for PNC Bank, then CardMember Services must be spoofing it for their latest wave of calls.
So far this year, Cardmember Services called us from the following numbers:
800-285-8585,
800-627-8372,
800-903-3637, and
866-611-1148.- Caller: Cardmember Services
