get calls from this number , i don't recognize it so it does not get answered if this is walmart credit card company, its not very professional to block name of caller,  my motto,
NO CALLER ID, IT DOES NOT GET ANSWERED.

Thanks for the heads up. I don't answer call that the ID does not show up. Plus, I don't have a Wally world CC and plan not to.

More Card Services BS.  Why can't the Feds stop these people?  Let the NSA track the numbers and then arrest them all along with fining the phone companies that allow them to operate

This number just called me.  I didn't know the number and my security program alerted me(right above the number calling "POTENTIAL FRAUD".  I rejected the call.  It is now blocked.

Just got a call from this number. My cell phone number is private, for friends and family only. How did wallymart get my number? I did not answer because it's a prepaid phone and it would eat up my minutes.

I get a call from this number a couple of times a year.  They say they're from Walmart credit services and try to scam money/personal info from you.  This is actually the real phone number for Walmart credit, but they're just spoofing it.

I so agree....why can't this be stopped? My blocked number list is about to become longer than my contact list. LOL

You asked why the Feds cannot stop these people?  Simple answer:  'Money'

Wallymart does not need to know  your number in order to call you.  They have machines that dial an entire range of numbers one after another after another .. all day long.  If and when somebody answers, their machine either answers with a recording ..or it automatically transfers the call to one of their real people to talk.

Got a recorded call stating that they had tried multiple times to contact me about me CC acct. looked up the number and it's associated with WM. I don't have a Walmart Credit Card. Obviously someone is spoofing numbers.

as others noted, callback number gives a message about "walmart mastercard".     Scammer could very well have faked that CID....

Fraud call re: credit card debt. I do not have a credit card.
