Recorded message: " This is an important message regarding your current credit card account we have made several attempts to reach you this is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate press one to speak to the Member Services Department Or press 2 and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire."

Credit card scammers claiming to lower your interest rate.  Too bad the FCC and FTC and law enforcement can't (won't) prosecute these guys.

Best way to respond to this type of call if caller is relentess & persistent= Do NOT provide caller with any info, instead tell caller to send all info he/she as asimilated IRT to call="in writing" & on "official letterhead" as required by your attorney! And since she/he has your credit information=they have your address=Then hang up! They're using "800" number to make the call sound "official"!!!

I received a call from them and they threatened to kill me to save my parents the trouble so I laughed and told them to eat sh*t.

the caller said they can lower my interest rate on my credit cards and I knew it was a scammer, so I hung up. I called the number back and it answered Credit Cards Services.Credit

A Telemarketing Co SPAM call -- avoid!

Caller ID shows US Bank, however it's marked Suspected Spam. So it probably is! Didn't leave VM

Just showed spam risk declined it no message left.

They called me at six in the morning

So tired of these relentless calls. They have called 4 times in 24 hours never leaving a message.

You gave them your SSI number. Lol  uh , identity theft is what they will do . I feel sorry for you . People that are calling aren’t are fake scammers .

All you have to do is give them all your credit card numbers, expiration dates, and the three digit security codes . . . and they're in business.
