The guy named Charles called me from this (800) 306-6062. Asked my name, I said that is me. Where are you calling from? He then said just answer Yes or No. I said it is me. What is your company name. He then said ok, then hung up. He is refusing to tell me where is he calling from and matter of calling. Then I searched on line, it said SLS. I don’t even have mortgage with them.

What a pain I believe they bought my mortgage last month but when you call back it's impossible to get through the phone tree to a person to see why they are calling they do not identify themselves on caller ID either

When a mortgage is sold the law states that the old mortgage company must notify in writing.  Then the new mortgage company must also send you a letter that tells you how to make payments.  If you send those payments to the old company you will not get credit for them from the new company.  Also, depending on the date of transfer they might have gotten the records wrong and think that you are behind one payment.  There should be no "I believe" involved.  I also don't see how the phone tree won't put you through to a person.

Aeysha called and left a message stating that the call was in reference to a business deal. Pretty sure this is a scam call.
