Lord, they do not stop calling and leaving the message "this is a urgent business matter," do not say who they are and give an unknown telephone number to call back on. Do not give these people any information. Better yet, do not answer the calls and do not return the calls.

exact same thing happened to me-slc --stalked me-for YEARS now-sending people to my house saying they came to inspect THEIR property-constant and ever increasing demands for money over several years-now almost 200k demands-threats etc. this is after i paid off my BofA home loan years ago-i think they sold the note on the derivatives market in europe instead of settling it as required by law because slc says Deutsch bank owns my house--AND OF COURSE There is no legal recourse because no banker ever goes to jail...just to hell, eventually, hopefully!

The caller is my loan servicer "Specialized Loan Services" (SLS). I added my phone number with my online payment  just today (10/12/2018).........Tonight I received a call from them. I answered and they would not introduce them selves. Checked the number here at 800notes.com and read the complaints.  WTF..
  My loan was transferred to them from Well Fargo last year. I've made all my payments to Wells Fargo and SLS on time since my Obama Modification years ago.
   Looks like the [***] Republicans are doing it again. Deregulation and let the [***] banks do what they want while getting rich and destroying this country. That's how I fell behind in 2007 and why I needed a modification. I have no reason, like MULTI millions of others, to trust any [***] bank.

Caller ID number was 866-394-8284 but the message left was to return the call at 800-302-6062. Male caller did not state reason for call.

Got a voicemail today (Dec 24th 5:30pm.) Voicemail said to call back on a “Personal Business Matter.” LoL fat chance. 2 of my loans were transferred to SLS so logged in online and everything seems to be ok. Must be a scam.

Late night messages about urgent business matter. I did not answer. Multiple calls. My loan was sold recently for 5th time. Never late. No reason for debt collection company to threaten.

These people have been calling me nonstop for three days. I have never, ever had one late or missed mortgage payment in my entire 50 years of making house payments. My loan was transferred from Wells Fargo to SLS last year. My credit rating is sky high so they have no reason to be calling me. I think I will invite them over to check out the house and have the police sitting here

Social security scam , called every few days and leave voicemail. If something did happned to ur social security they wouldn't call you but send a mail.

They have been notified in writing by USPS  (signed notification), by Regular Mail, by Fax and by Email.  This company continues to call and leaves harassment VM....

I looked it up under Google scearch and 10,000 numbers came up. I do not want any contact with this company.

We have no mortgage, no car payment, no credit card bills, no loans. What do these people want????

wth? I'm in the same boat. First is was Green Tree, then Ditech, and now SLS. I'm very close to paying b this mortgage off. Am I going to hav we a problem getting a release of lien? All these posts about Specialized Loan Servicing is scaring me now.

So helpful reading these comments, I thought I'd document as well to keep the record current for other people searching this number.  Keeps calling the company where I work asking for one of our employees and gives no information at all other than it's a personal matter. Always sounds a bit shady.

Keep calling me and leaving a VM telling me they are a debt collector.  Our loan transferred from Wells Fargo to SLS.  The property was recently sold and the loan was paid off.  They started calling after the loan was paid off.  I do not answer as I have no further business with them.
