- CarolI filled out a drawing at a concert in Cincinnati at the U.S. Bank Arena and gave them my work number. They called my work number and left a message saying to call them. I have been getting multiple unwanted IMs on my cell phone and suspect it is the same person. This woman said she is Kimberly Green but didn't say her company name or what they wanted. This is a scam. I don't know if security people at U.S. Bank Arena know about this but they should be alerted.
- Caller: didn't say who it was
- JeffHa ha, they said I filled out a contest form at a Chicago White Sox game. Offered a vacation and a $1000.00 gift card. Problem is that I am not a White Sox fan and never went to a Sox game in my life. They never even told me who they were! Got the number off the caller ID. What a farce.
- Caller: None
- IsmellaratReceived multiple (20+) messages on our machine from "Walter" or "Gloria" saying we won a cruise from an entry we filled out in October at Apple Fest in Long Grove, IL. The number they said to call was 800-309-6500. There's no such phone number in the 800 directories. Caller ID shows the incoming calls from either "Smart Travel" in IN, at 317-807-3030, or from "Sun Travel" at 216-393-1277.
Of course these are not real travel agencies, nor are there any trips to win. Only suckers to snag.
Don't be one of them.- Caller: Smart Travel / Sun Travel
- Patty replies to td1230How often should I politely decline? Once? Twice? 10 times? Yes, I gave my phone number and it's fine to call it because I gave and I did hope to win a prize. You never know. But, when I say I am not interested in listening to sales pitch for anything, that should be enough for them to get rid of my number. They are not going to intimidate me into buying anything with their harrassment. They just piss me off and make more resolved.
So, yes, the first time I am certainly polite. The next time, I let them know I have already declined and to please not call again.
After that, they are fair game. I have done the pick up the line and just let it sit, too. It IS funny. One time I repeated everything back to them that they said. It's great when you can make THEM hang up on you! LOL! - MackI have never been to Disney on Ice and I have NEVER given my work number to anyone but family.
Also, they did not identify me by name, just that "you were drawn"...- Caller: "TOLL FREE CALL"

- RamboThey said I entered a form at the chicagoland kids expo and they have great news. The guy who called us was named Walter. Gotta be sundance vacations.

- SusanWe were nice the first time they called & said we were not interested. A week later they call again & this time when we nicely tried to decline, the caller just kept on going. We finally had to get rude & next time they call we are contacting the FCC! This is the number that keeps calling us! 1-800-309-6500

- MimiI got a call too. They told me I got the draw from the Food and Drink Fair At NJ. They told me go to NJ and
pick up. I wonder what, not until I found out from this number web...... - Oksana replies to snowy1419Thank you for your posting, I got exact call from them today. Also thank's to my friend who recommended to see this posts online.
- Melissa replies to SkepticalI got the same call and the want me to go watch some presentation. They didnt send me any info though. Scam?
- ScottI got a call 5/4/13 @ 10:00 CST from 630-324-7357. The name on my caller ID shows as SUN VACATIONS. I didn't answer the phone but a "Tanya" left a message saying I had won a trip after signing up at the Circle Center Mall in Indianapolis, IN. We have been in Indianapolis but didn't sign up for anything. This is a scam - I called the mall office in Indianapolis, IN. "Tanya" left a call back number of 800-324-7357.
- Caller: SUN Vacations
- rickI want to thank the many people for their respones. I got this voice mail again today. The operator called me "Will". I was tempted to call them and inform that they have the wrong number. Thanks again everyone!
- Caller: Sundance
- FrancieUgh. I filled out a slip for a Target gift card giveaway at a local church shindig. What a mistake. These jokers have called me three times already.
- TomSo far I have "won" a 7 night, 8 day cruise on Caribean, which thanks to Researcher's input on 27 Dec. 2009 I can now totally ignore, and also, I've "won" 2 "Free" plane tickets and a 2 night 3 day prize that I can also safely ignore thanks to all of these comments. The caller didn't have my right name and had to correct herself, plus all of the background noise made it sound like the "boiler factory", it was. Caller I.D. is wonderful, even though it keeps my answering machine busy.

- JCFirst, I am on the Do Not Call list. As of this date, I received three calls from Sundance Vacations on my cell phone that I never give out to anyone except friends and family never to businesses of any kind. Calling about a cruise to the Bahamas. They have called me from these numbers: 800-309-6500, 800-309-7000 & 800-501-0100. Each caller claims that I filled out an entry form at Dorney Park in May of this year. I have NEVER been to Dorney Park nor have I ever filled out any entry form as I know well enough that these so called sweepstakes are fraudulent.
I also can't believe the employees of Sundance on actually on here bashing consumers that do not want telemarketing calls. This just shows what kind of scumbags work for this company. Contact the FTC and file an online complaint that is very brief. File a Complaint every time you receive a call from Sudance or any other telemarketer. FTC complaint website is https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx- Caller: Sundance Vacations Or Sundance Parsippany

- Annoyed replies to DeniseDont need be a [***] about it Denise
- They Tried To Get MeAt a local minor league baseball game in Wilmington De, they asked me to sign up for a chance to win a car up to $70K as it was a raffle drawing. They made it seem like it's part of a promotion with the park to get people to come to the games. Nowhere do they say anything about Sundance Vacations. I received a few calls later and did the research as they want to get you to join a vacation club/timeshare by offering a free trip.
Now, where's the winner of that $70K car????? - KathelfletIn this Benjamin's world, apparently, these people can do whatever they want to do, and there isn't anything someone who didn't sign up for ANYTHING (a "Carol Thomas" put my number in the hat at the Howard County, MD Fair this summer) can do to stop these annoying crapola crazies. It's a shame to sign up for "no calls" and have to be subjected to this auditory harassment. Only in the land of the Benjamin's; Carol Thomas, may your dreams be haunted for the rest of your biological go-round; YOU are worse than those deplorable suckers at Sundance.

- ·⋆·†åηk✩Gïяℓ·⋆· replies to Denise| 1 replyI guess you'd know all about that, seeing as how you don't even know how to use the words "they're, their, there". They're not interchangeable! You would think that in this day and age, people would know how to use proper punctuation and spelling in THEIR sentences··· or at least know how to use spell check! So what's it like being so blissfully ignorant, Denise?
