i would like to cancel ASAP

I too am trying to cancel, can't get thru on the # given to me. Am sending them a cancellation
thru the mail. Hopefully that will work.

When I got the call, I was half asleep and they referred to a cancelled credit card number. I thought I could call the 800 number and cancel it, but haven't been able to get thru. then I log onto smartshopper savings .com and other people have had the same problem.

I am trying to cancel a membership but can't get through on the number listed.

I have no memory of ordering this smart shopper savings plan and I do not want to be charged for this.  I have attempted to contact you through your printed phone number and your website and e-mail address.  I also see that many people are having the same trouble with you  that I am having.  Please cancel any membership that you have for me.

I was sick when they called and half asleep.  I want this canceled as soon as possible.  They were suppose to send me voucher for free gas according to them that I was being given as a thank you for a recent credit card purchase. I did not receive any.  I WANT THIS MEMBERSHIP CANCELED ASAP.  I thought this was an incentive promotion from my credit card company.

That call from 800-315-3904 is about a huge scheme. They promise a $120 gas voucher and they send you diffrent packages for you to join services.
THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  
CALL THEM BACK AND CANCEL ASAP OR YOU WILL GET A MONTHLY CHARGE OF $29.95!!

They have all your information: name, address, credit card number etc. that they got from another company that provided service to you, and they also pass your information to more companies!

Trying to Cancelled this plan....Can't get anyone. Want to Cancel this today 10/23/10. Need to cut out some of my budget. If not cancelled I will go to the bank and FREEZE my Account. THANK YOU FOR YOU HELP.

They called me 8 times in 2days I agreed to pay for the shipping. After I hung up, I saw it was a scam, I called them backed asked to cancel, and the lady said I couldn't for another 72 hours ( after my card would be charged) . I asked to speak to her manager, and she claimed to be the highest manager there, and when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me, called me a [***], and hung up! I tried to call back right away 3times and was sent to the voice mail. I had to put a block on my card so I wouldn't get charged for this.

The free gas card (or whatever freebie du jour they're dangling in front of you) scam runs like this: You have to put a small shipping fee on your card but buried in the fine print is authorization to place negative-option weird subscriptions on your card behind your back. Negative-option means they keep charging every month until you cancel the subscription and the scammers may make it next to impossible to cancel. Tell your card issuer you're a victim of fraud. Do not accept it as a "dispute" because your card issuer will tell you to work it out with the charging party and you know that's hopeless. You probably have to cancel your card because it's in the hands of scammers and they can charge again in the future or sell it to other scammers. Report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG.

THe is ridiculous- I went to the website and cancelled the memberships- I hope everything went through ok or else......

Same thing with me... I've been receiving funny calls at my house but I get bad signal there so I never am able to make out what is being said. It's the second-time this fee has overdrawn my bank account. And I cancelled the first time it happened. I'm going to freeze my account ASAP.

I also need to cancel !! I have not  gotten through on the 1-800 number either.
