This company is not a collection company they're not going to pay your medical bills. If you have a problem with the doctor bill call the correct billing department yourself and work it out. By responding to these scam artists it just keeps them growing it's best not to answer the phone if you don't recognize the number. You are not going to be able to work out anything with them and it's not going to pay your medical bills

I wouldn't be surprised if the letter didn't come from them. I received a bill that had one state as return address another address on the letter head and a third on the back of the page I called the account in question and it was a fraudulent bill trying to scare me into paying thousands I didn't owe. You'd think they'd be better at it though?

Huh ,yeah ok ? Are you one of those strange ones that think people in debt are the only ones scam artists steal from? This isn't a collection agency if you would take time to look at any 800 posts you can clearly see the ones that are because people post that the number was one used for such? Including many times the company??? I don't have any debts or Medicaid but someone stole my identity like my low life siblings who are highly educated but have mental illnesses and are lazy and thought it was a better way to make a living to steal from people. Now they have to worry about when they are going to jail. What a fun life, it's not for me thanks. I am just going to keep trying to help people from having it happen to them

They are the same company as the provider, not hired. Do your research.

I understand medical bills suck when you can't pay them. I have unpaid medical bills. But do you really think you can just be like “Sorry I'm poor" And they'll be like “Oh that's cool. Never mind paying us that five thousand dollars you owe us".... Not how it works. Just deal with it. Either ignore the calls or block them, but the debt isn't going to go away... And the person that posted that medical providers file your insurance as a courtesy to you, that is completely correct. Some places make you file your own insurance claims. Most don't anymore though, because they realize they're more likely to actually at least get the insurance portion and get it faster if they file themselves.

Huh , no, the police , government and Irs those claims also our credit card companies and more do ? Thise are who investigate most criminal identity and fraud cases as they did ours ? Glad you don't have those problems but sorry that you have nothing better to do than make meaningless comments though

The medical bills they keep.calling me about to arrange payment, have been paid in full as of date of service.
This is also verified by the place of.service.
I've asked them to.stop calling, but the calls continue.
The manager over billing has also called this company to validate there is no balance due.
Stop calling me and insisting I need to make arrangements to.pay!

Legitimate billing company for bills I owe to my doctor. Unfortunately, they're secretive about who they are. I've been avoiding them, thinking they were telemarketers or a predatory collection agency trying to collect for a debt that doesn't truly exist.
I overlooked one of my copayments at the doctor's office. My doctor has a system of turning late bills over to this company for billing. They don't report it to the credit reporting agencies right away. I don't know how long they wait to report it, but this is from an office visit in May, seven months ago, and they told me they haven't reported it.
Once I found out who they were, I called them back, and they were easy to work with.

Thank you so much for the info.  It is very unfortunate that these agencies take so long to react and don't ID themselves right at the beginning.  I have had similar experiences and can't understand why they mask themselves.  It seems like it would be much easier for everyone involved if they were clear from the beginning.

Debt collectors solicit companies and buy out aged receivables owed and then they collect and add the fee's to your debt.  Once collected the debt collector is paid and the doctor is paid an agreed price.

    Usually Aggravated but Not Today
This IS a real debit collector.  They called my office land line but left no message so I looked up the number on Google.
I know we have been behind on some medical bills lately, but these folks could not have been nicer or more professional.  They knew my name without me telling them, I assume given the number I was calling from (office land line).  She knew my doctor's name and said I owed a balance of $17.28.  She also gave me the "mini-Miranda" speech.  Anyway, she looked up the bill and said they were trying to collect the $17.28 and then volunteered that it looked like I also had a credit balance of $17.28.  She said it looked like the debt had been paid but never credited.  She said she would take care of it.  I really cannot ask for more.   What a pleasant change from the usual telemarketers.
