This is NOT SAFELINK calling U! These are called cold scam calls, cold calls, scammers, india/pakistani's men, demanding U too enter codes into your cell ph, how can U enter codes into a cell phone when your talking frm it, dumb idiots, these scammers go thru a list of elderly/disabled thinking Ur stupido, checking if u have any brain function left, they want you to call frm another ph # so they can monitor your calls w a listening device frmthat ph as well, they want info frm ur ph calls with relatives, banks, anyone u talk to, my harrassment began yesterday around 1pm, every 3 hrs, after telling them off yesterday, as excuse me but there isnt anything wrong with my ph and im receiving my mins just fine, I asked fir a manager, had to hokd for 3 mins, it was the same foreginer he trued to change his voice, this is bull, I told him I was calling the attorney generals office and fcc and ftc, he said he would put me on a dont call basis, ha, got another call 11ish today, 3 calls yesterday into 7:30pm, they leave no message on voicemail either, if this was a legit call, safelink would leave a message, I checked my account im still approved, DONT TRUST THESE CALLS! Block them, write a complaint to your state, fcc anyone who will listen, I already called police over a month ago for electronic harrassment per cell phs, nxt it goes to the fbi, cold calls are easy to distinguish and identify, they are forceful, demanding, dont leave voicemail, and when you first answer u get silence, then you have to repeat hello again, robocalls, they wait for a victim to answer, if u fall for this, they take over ur cell ph and steal ur mins, DOCUMENT TIMES OF CALLS, TAKE PHOTOS OF CELL PH CALLS, KEEP RECORD OF AND REPORT TO AUTHORITIES! Trying to tell me my ph needs an update, bull, they update automatically, believe me if safelink wanted to get a hold of you they would do so properly, email etc. This ph # isnt safelink800-378-1684, block em dont answer!

I also keep getting a call. They tell me I have to use the phone. It hasn't worked in 2 months. Every time I try to call they say try again in fifteen min. The screen reads ....puk.....does nothing else

It's the Bush phone although actually Reagan started the overall program long before Bush.

I do not like this call I don't need any cell phone

Just trying to order more minutes

This number calls all the time I have got at least 40 hang up calls in 2 months no message .Harassment is what it is.

Got 2 texts at 4:11 am.  One in english and one in spanish (shen did we become a spanish speaking country?).  Acts like a fishing call from scammers.  I would not give them a  call back or give them any info if you do speak with them.  I am going to ck further on the number to see if it is safelink.

I got the same 2 texts and 2 in the freaking morning!!!  Woke me up and let me tell you I was NOT a happy person.  I have a Safelink phone but there is no need to text me at that time of day!!!  The text says 'Please call 800-378-1684 if you need to contact the Safelink customer service center. This is a free call.'  Odd thing is, even 800 calls are not free on a prepaid cell phone.

This caller keep changing my cellphone number ive reported these to FTC

This could be a scam , nowadays everybody is doing scam . we are living in frauds societies , people are looking for money , you can't trust nobody
