I am verified through July.I have not recieved my minutes this month.What can I do?

To tell you the truth I'm feeling suspect about this phone I don't think it's from SafeLink so I'm going to call SafeLink I think these are scammer phones and they want you to put your credit card information and everything in them I don't think they're legit I got mines and it's been ringing also someone has put the security on the front screen already and that's something I'm supposed to program so I can't even get in the phone so this was not manufactured brand new from SafeLink I don't feel I think it's a scammer phone to get your information also my other government phone did not get cut off when it switched over the other phone always gets cut off and they switch your number over or you get a new number I have two government phones working so I think these phones are from scammers you might want to throw yours away because I'm not going to use mines either.
