I was thiking the same thing...whoever posted that the Enhanced Recovery collector was pleasant must be a scum sucking bill collector as this is one of those bottom feeder collectors!!!!!

In case some of you do not know what bottom feeder collectors are they they un-reputable collection agencys that buy OLD DEBT that has expired and they try to collect....The debts are old and the collectors have no current contact info so they are constantly calling any old numbers they have in hopes of collecting just one of the old debts they purchase...BOTTOM FEEDERS!!!!

And for anyone who suggests that you pay your bill to prevent contact from these bottom feeders, don't be fooled, you will not be paying your old debt, it was written off, you will just be paying these dis-honest low-class collectors who will not work for a living and try to feed off others !!!!!!

Report this agency to the insurance and banking commision in your state. they govern collection agencys...it is very simple, you can file a complaint on-line and they will not be able to contact you again

They call all the time I have called back several times they are a looser collection agency, I have told them to stop calling me that I am the wrong person, but the people that answer can barely interpret English. I have called and followed the instructions to have my number removed but to no avail, I also had contact with someone that you could barley understand unless you know Ebonics and told them I has previously spoken with someone and made it clear they were calling the wrong person she then just uttered some tribal slur and hung up.

This is an Scam they will send out out old debts you already paid with a fake latter...Don't fall into his trap..  Disregard all letters and calls and make an official complaint to the proper autorities.

I installed a free call blocking app on my phone, they just get a pick up / hang up; and that's that.  They can call all they want, I never know it.  When I'm cranky, I'll check the call log, call them up and play with them.  Pointless, probably immature, but like useless comfort food, it makes me feel good.

Why don't you all try paying your bills?  If you had paid them to start, you would not have these types of companies calling you.  It is not difficult to figure out who the real losers are on this forum.

This is Enhanced Recovery Services at 8014 Bayberry Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32256.  For me they were calling about a valid debt that was placed with them by HSBC Bank for a credit card that was about 8 months overdue.  They were helpful when I called back.

same as other messages above. called this morning and all I heard was a recorded message saying stay on the line and phone went dead.

These people keep calling our number looking for someone who does not live here.  They said they would take our name off the list,but it has not happened.  I am tired of being harrased for something that does not pertain to me.
