They keep calling me day in and day out....I need them to stop calling me!!!!

Well of course you would stick up for these people since you are one yourself.  Not everyone ignores their bills. They have been calling me also about some one I don't know.  Be different if you were the one getting the calls.

This company calls me everyday sometimes at 8 AM. When I answer, they don't even answer. Whats wrong with them.

I keep getting calls from these people also. I  have to buy minutes for my cell and they are wasting them. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. I have tried to communicate with them to no avail. I am NOT the person they are looking for, and I'm just about ready to walk to Florida and beat the [***] out of someone.  If I could, I would block them, sleezy scumbags.

They call at least 3 times a day! I don't answer it because it's an 800 # though. But even if this is a fake"debt collection service", I DON'T HAVE A DEBT! I am only 15! No credit card or any possible way for me to be in debt! Why would they call me? Can someone  help?

This group of rplies is filled with bogus reports from the morons who work for ERS(Enhanced Recovery Solutioms. aka Convergent). The original poster that said that paying them won't clear your debt is right. Even if this is not your debt, they will report to the Credit Reporting Agencies.  For some reason, they think that they can do that legally. But really, if someone's credit has been destroyed, why would they pay? The company that was owed wrote it off as a loss and got a credit for it on their income taxes(after tacking on extra charges) Debt collectors are just bogus companies that hire morons to profit from other people's misfortune.

Just got a call from that number but they hung up. Weird!

Perhaps we find out who the line provider is and ask them to disconnect the service.  If need be let them know that you are being bothered needlessly and what kind of calls are being made.

DO NOT ANSWER!! They try and keep you on the phone as long as they can and they charge to your cell phone bill! They will also tell you that you have a debt in hopes that you give them money.
