- Hollie SlatonA few months ago I was getting calls from this number, all day, every day. Nothing would happen when I'd answer, and I didn't know who/what it was. I had to keep my ringer off. ..then I found found a bill that had fallen under the couch, unpaid. My bad. I paid it and the calls stopped.
But now I am completely up to date on my payments (the next one isn't due for nearly a full month; I checked) and the calls have started up again today. It's extremely irritating.- Caller: Reward Zone Mastercard

- TiredOfReeRees replies to tracey| 3 repliesIf you call the number, you will be asked to enter the first 4 digits of your account number. Enter "0#". It was say that the entry was not recognized and will asked for the Full account number. Enter "0#". It will ask you one more time for the account number. Again, enter "0#". It will connect you with Customer Service and you will be able to find out what the deal is. Hope this helps, because it sure did help me! I had no idea I had forgotten to pay my credit card this month!

- Mrs H replies to Beth in MichiganYour kidding me right??? Let me tell you a little story...My husband and I both had credit scores over 700. My Mother AND my Husbands Father within 4 months of each other became ill and passed away. Between trips back and forth funerals settling estates and the loss of my husbands job we were lucky not to lose our home. Things happen that you have no control over and for you to sit there and tell any of us that we are basically deadbeats is both upsetting and just plain rude! I called each of our creditors for understanding and with the exception of our credit cards everyone was very helpful.. our credit card companies wouldnt set up reduced payments or cancel the cards or nothing. As far as I am concerned given the amount of interest they have charged me over the last 5 years I have more than paid back any debt to them from original purchases.
You have no heart and I pray that you NEVER find yourself in a place of hardship. - krismiss88These People keep calling me from like 7 or 8 in the morning till 7 or 8 at night many times a day. I am sick of these people calling me and I don;t even know what its for or if its a scam!!!!
- Bee replies to TiredOfReeReesHmmmmm...that sounds like a scam to me. You shouldn't have to give your account number. I wouldn't recommend anyone else doing that.

- TLI received 6 calls in one hour from this number. It is regards to a delinquent account that is in a chap 7 bankruptcy.HSBC has my attorneys information.they received the information a month ago. My attorney cannot stop the calls. My cell phone will not block the calls. DNC will not block calls regarding delinquent accounts with credit card companies. When I take the call, it is obviously from a computer dialer sys. If you say or do nothing, they connect you to an account rep--if you wait long enough [30.5 min last time]. The rep has no information except the account number and tells you that they cannot view the account--your other info--unless you give them the full account number--RIGHT. They are a 3rd party 'harassment' system and legally, HSBC cannot let them have your entire file. Otherwise, they are scam artists that throw out HSBC and fish for some elderly person or idiot to give them a complete account number to use. Of course, after you give them the entire account number, they will ask for the 3-digit code from the back "just to be sure you are the account owner" and for your security! I don't trust lawyers, politicians, CC companies, or my brother. I have suspicions about my dog.
