I think they have some record keeping issues there. They called me too, and I'd been paying consistently but I spoke with them and quickly sorted it out.

The 1-800# was odd and especially the way they handle it very suspicious.. wanting your private info.  .. Better to call the 2nd # and talk to someone that one knows is legit.. However when asked about the 800# the person on the phone said "It Is" okay....

It is suspicious! I called back and was hesitant to give out my info and the woman was very rude! Apparently a bill of mine bounced back and I asked for details on the bill because I believed we were up to date “well how could you have paid it if it never got to you”. First  she asked if I could authorize calls on the number I called from and I said not unless I know why you’re calling and she sassily told me “ok manual only” like excuse me?

Had a call from this number, after reading comments it's a leftover doctor bill for my mother who has passed, they know she is gone. I will NOT pay this bill stop calling already!

Yes,  I got the call saying from our hospital. For sure I know I didn't have any outstanding bill. First they ask for private information. I said I am not giving you any information over the phone. She asked me to call this member and I googled it. Wow , it is a schemer. BE CAREFUL.

What member?  Why did you not call the hospital at a known, published phone number?  The most they should have asked for would have been your name and birth date just like any doctor's office or hospital does.
