- daedae replies to chino| 2 repliesYou pay it for me stupid
- christa replies to chinoI have no debt with this company, because I'm nowhere near their area and don't use them. Yet they still keep calling me. So, think before you post.
- Person replies to BfloActually, salary dictates that they get paid a fixed amount per month or year. That's not the case. Also, they are a utility and not a product. In many locations, you don't have a choice of who provided the utility unless you produce the product yourself (like electricity.) The issue does show that there is an issue and needed to be fixed. You can say ( I want another company to provide the power or gas to national grid so I can use it. But they maintain it and they still deliver it to you.)
- AnonymI don't care who it is or what they want. If they call my home at 8 am and it's not a life or death situation then their number is going on my call forwarding list.

- Wince replies to daedae| 1 replyYou are a dead beat. People who don't pay their bills get harassed., and rightfully so!!!
- BelleOutrageous rates. No evening and day rate differentiation so nothing can be done to reduce the bill except freeze in the winter and roast in the summer. A few days late on the bill because my Social Security doesn't come until Wednesday.

- Ker0868Its an auto dialer for national grid. For those who are so inclined to spend their day trolling this site, perhaps you can get a job with the collections company. Or does your mom not allow you to use her car?

- Completely AnnoyedThey call when you're bill is due, over due, paid, recently paid, paid too much, paid to little, when the power goes down in other areas, when it's restored, when a storm is coming then, when it's gone, when the DOW drops, if there's an earthquake in China and if a butterfly flapped its wings in Peru. They are ridiculous.

- Ker0868 replies to chinoYour mom still pay your bills?
- Ker0868National Grid. Calls 4 times a day even after explaining we're on a payment plan.

- Ted replies to RandyKnow what you are talking about BEFORE giving an answer. I also pay my bill on time every month and they called yesterday and again twice today! They don't leave a message.
- Spunky replies to protesterCall the FCC & put in a formal complaint I did this when Verizon wireless kept harassing me.
- ThereseThey call me 3-4 times a day on my cell phone. I never gave my cell number out to NG. My bills are are on auto payment.
- Cheryl replies to TrishIdk I've been busy and forgot to pay my bill and said to self no worries I will pay it next month. But, between work and school I forgot again lol so I went two whole months without paying a bill and today was my first phone call. As judge Judy would say "if you eat the steak you gotta pay for it!" My NG rep was nice when taking my paid in full confirmation code AND informed me that I would still get calls until it posted. Why get mad at them when I didn't do the right thing? I think people are to sensitive in this day and age. It's called taking personal responsibility for ones own actions. It's not harassment when people want their money. You would harass too if someone owed you money!!
- CarolynThis number just called my cell phone. Which, by the way, I just got a new # for 2 days ago! I didn't answer as I do not answer calls from unknown phone #s. I see that is National Grid calling. This is funny as hell as I don't even have NG. Plus, my landlord pays all utilities! Too F'ing funny!!!
- Syd replies to BfloWhile I don't like rudeness...the whole "I PAY YOUR SALARY" is always the dumbest thing people say. No you don't. You don't pay someone's salary. You pay money for a service, the company chooses what to do with that money. You have no say in that person's paycheck process. In fact, if you PAY ZERO (which it appears that you have) that person's paycheck will be wholly unaffected.
But if we are to go down this little rabbit hole, then by your logic, I also pay that person's salary, and so does every other person who has National Grid...and you are woefully unauthorized to speak on behalf of the millions of us who are also this person's employer...in short my dear Virginia, you are no one's employer. So please stop saying it out loud. - GRSCalled 2x, no mesage; so, why call? I see from other comments this may be Nat Grid collection agency. They just accepted a payment. I can tell because the check has been cashed. Enough. If I catch them calling I will either tell them to lose my number or I will charge them with harassment.
- DonaldI hate national grid ,they are expensive and charge you all these extra fees.I'm from Virginia and never had to deal with this. My bills were always low and I stay alone, don't understand why I'm charged 118$ for supply and my Bill is 58$ that's 176$ a month. Thought it would be better here but think I'm going back home.
- KellyThis is a number for National Grid. They call me every month because the person who had my number before me never pays their bills. It's frustrating because I also have National Grid, but I actually pay my bills.
