- Call type: Debt collector
- Punk 'Em BackCalled their toll-free customer support number, 800-975-4722, mashed the buttons until someone answered. I asked why I'm receiving calls when I'm on the 'do not call' registry list. Told them the next call will be referred to my attorney (and that is true). They said they'd take me off their list. We'll see what happens.
Any 'do not call' members on this site ever considered filing a class action against companies like this?
One more company on my list of people I will never do business with under any circumstances...- Caller: HSBC
- Call type: Telemarketer

- jimjam replies to drankthecoolaid| 9 repliesThis is the collection dept of hsbc. If they are calling you make your payment and it will stop. My wife and i both have cards with hsbc. We have twice gotten 2-20 calls per day from this number over a two to three year span. Both times is because we forgot to make payment.
- BKWilkensThese people have been calling our business number and no one has an HSBC credit card here - I was told 60 days to remove from telemarketing list, so I'll keep a whistle by the phone, since they don't honor us being on the DO Not Call list.

Try TeleZapper, google it to go to the companies site to read about it. Bought mine on E bay for around $10 that included shipping. Just check ebay all their prices, they all very and check their shipping cost it varies by sellers. I was getting 8 calls a day. I hooked the zapper up and the 1st call, they must of been zapped. How nice not to have the phone ringing off the wall. This was going on since the end of March. I hope I fixed them. - fatcopcalls all hours how can I stop this harrassment they are driving me crazy without saying a word

- Nancy replies to JaysueDid you follow through with the FCC, and if so, what was to outcome? Please include the process and contact info used if this proved to be succesful!!
Thanks! - NancyI too am on the "Nat'l Do Not Call" registry, have been receiving multiple calls per week at least, and have declined their offers for credit protection 3X explaining to the last 2 I had already been called. Yet they continue to call. Each time it is someone of Indian origin--thanks to our great policy of outsourcing jobs :(
I think I will try recording a fax machine sound message and see if that will work.....hmmmm
But, Jaysue, would still like to know if the FCC route works.- Call type: Telemarketer
