I just signed up effective 4/1 with Humana and they are calling a lot.  THey called once today and I took the call, all they did was reiterate what the sales person had already told me.  Then they asked if it was a helpful call, to which I replied 'No!".  They've called several other times today and it's really annoying.

    I don't need additional calls.

They keep calling my prepaid cell phone!  Don't know why.  I have already decided on a medicare supplement plan and a drug plan, and I did not give this number to the sales agent.  This is costing me money and that doesn't make me think well of Humana.

I recently signed up for Humana and got a call from this toll-free number.  They claimed that they were from Humana.  When they asked for my SSN I hung up on them.  This must be a scam because an official Humana rep came to my house last week and we took care of ALL the paperwork then.  Be careful everyone!

Just had a call from this number, answered and no one on the line. I just signed up for Humana yesterday and my agent said they would call. Must be a robo call and who ever answers first gets the live person.

this number called my daughter's line (she is 9!!) twice. When I picked up, no one answered. So I looked it up online and then thought, why would Humana be calling my daugther? I called and it took a long time to get a person on the line and when I told them I was mad that they were calling a number that did not belong to anyone who has Humana and that furthermore, it was a minor, they asked my name, I said no, so they asked for my daughter's name. Um, no, again, she is a minor. I asked them to take this number off their list right now. I did NOT sign for humana, neither did my minor daughter. We are on do not call registry, too.

My husband and I have had the HUMANA Gold HMO since 2009 (3 years) and so far have been
satisfied with the plan. We do receive our prescription drugs from Right Source Mail Order
and we have no co-pay b/c the drugs are generic.  Our agent came to our house last Monday
afternoon and went over the plan and he told us we will be saving money. Next year in 2013 we
will have no premium to pay, Right now we pay $29.00 each amounting to $58.00 and am
happy to hear we will not pay anything. Everything else in the plan is basically the same.
Low co-pays.  The number on our caller ID did show this number and I do not pick up if we
don't recognize the area code. We are seniors and reside in FL and we are very careful not
to fall for any scams. Wonder what they want??  More personal information?  Be careful
out there seniors.  They are being pesty.

The last 3 times this number called my cell phone, no one was there when I answered. So I just blocked the number to avoid them using any of my prepaid minutes for nothing.

If it is Humana, it would be nice if they left a message, which they don't.  I answer once and it sounded like they were calling a number.  After 4 rings, I gave up!  I figured it was a telemarketer up to one of their tricks!I had Humana call me before since I have a policy, but my screen said it was 'Humana' calling.  This only gives an 800 number.  It would be better to identify the number as Humana!!!

Received a call from this number but no message was left.  It would be much better if anyone calling from Humana would leave a message, even if it says no need to return call.  There is no option in the menu to check on an unidentified phone call.

this isn't a scam- when you sign up you are told to expect a call within a few days to re-confirm everything- if you never are able to accept the call  (they make 3 tries) they will just send a postcard to confirm your registration is complete. I understand the need to be careful but if people just listen to what they are told it will keep them from being paranoid. One thing I did tell them is that their caller ID should say Humana and no just he 800 number- I don''t answer those either- I called them back
