This caller was supposedly from Humana Pharmacy.  They wanted to tell me about the 90 day prescription plan.  I told her I already have it.  I also told her that I was surprised she did not know that.  She said she was bringing my info up while asking the questions.  I don't think so.  I think next time I won't answer it.

Called and woke us up at 06:00..  Never left a message or said who they were. Funny they called the day after we received confirmation by mail that our account was completed and set up ??

We've had Humana's Gold Plus Medicare Advantage plan for a few years and have been very happy with it, except for one thing: Their relentless phone calls.
I'd set up an account on their website and noticed a few months back that I could choose how I received info from them! Apparently, the default method is telephone, so I changed it to "Mail," and voila! Almost all the calls have stopped. The few robo calls have been leaving messages that are of actual interest, at least so far.

Yes..this is a Humana number.  It is the one on the back of my advantage card.  However, over the past 2 months they have been calling EVERY day and leave no message.  I called back and the representative stated that she had no record of anyone calling me.  Therefore,  either she is lying OR it is a spoofed call.!!  Either way I put the number on my block list.    Also, I will be looking for another medicare plan for next year..  BTW.. I have had Humana for the past 3-4 years and had no problems in the past.

I have Humana. I was suspicious about this call because they asked for my address. As a customer they should have had my address. I did finally give my zip code and they said it was not what they had on file.

I called the Humana number from my letters and was told this is NOT a Humana phone number.

About every three months I get a call from this number & ignore it. The first time I answered they seemed surprised. They never say why they are calling just that they are Humana.

I didn’t answer call, but googled the number and landed on this page. I don’t have a Humana policy. Might be a scam.

Called my cell this AM. I did not answer! When I Googled # I got all this info. NO ONE in my family has ever contacted Humana at anytime!! This must be a scam!!!

I received a call from this number after I had been speaking with a customer service representative and had accidentally hung up the phone. They were calling me back.

This guy whose first language is NOT ENGLISH called my cell phone. Could not answer a simple question about Humana. Then wanted to know my name and date of birth. Told him I would call him back.
