They claim my son authorized these charges to my home phone, but he is not authorized user.
Network Assurance EFAC Service claims he ordered the service while on a job search website, but my son swears he only input our phone and his e-mail address.  Then they just third party bill to your telephone account.  You can ask for third party bill blocking now.  This has happened in the past with other providers, so I signed up with ATT to block these practices.

the scam lives on. I found a Network Assurance charge of $14.95 on a phone bill for a small cabin that is on an autobill pay, so I did not discover it for several months. I had Verizon credit me back for 3 months, but here is the question - Why is Verizon or ATT not the subject of a class action lawsuit. Clearly they are not passing the money on for free. They are probably charging a hefty fee for handling the charges which they must know are fraudulant. So why are they not co-conspirators in these scams. I have looked on the net and found no one goign after these utilities, only the scammers.

Yeah I just got off the phone dealing with these idiots. And they were saying they had some recording of my husband asking for their service. That's [***] [***] since we don't do anything that'd charge us more money. They were saying it was some hospital phone charge with is bs to begin with cause we have an emergency cell and phone calls to local numbers from the hospital are supposed to be free. They refused to give me a credit. I called my company up asking if I could just pay for their part of the bill but instead they gave me the $8 credit this other company charged for and told me to call them back and not charge me anymore. All they said was if my husband doesn't ask for it again which he [***] won't and never did. I told them to stop scamming people and have a nice day.

20 f'n months this company has charged my verizon bill, i got verizon to refund 6 months and put "crammer" on my account......going after the other 14 and Network Assurance next
