Call My cell and leave on message.... not the first time and I am on a no call list. Do I have any recourse???

Call from some call bank using above number.  Hung up when unable to pronounce name.

Credit Card offers from Bank of America

The above number keeps calling my cell phone every day.  Is there some way to make them stop.

Calls several times a day and I disconnect from my end.  Don't know who or why number is calling.

Get several calls daily---When is somebody going to put a stop to this? I never answer.

B of A are now calling my cell phone 3X a day. ANNOYING. They don't leave messages. May they ALL burn in a lake of credit card fire. Pay off ALL your cards and live debt free.

I keep getting these calls also.. everyday.. and I actually had someone call and ask if I was the OWNER of the company.  This couldn't possibly be the real BOFA doing this!  I have placed my business line on the registered DO NOT CALL LIST.  What more can you do?

I just called - they said it would take 30 DAYS to implement the 'do not call request'
I explained that I have been on the national do not call list for years.  She said I must have requested these calls.  Oh please!

No answer.  They are calling my work phone number several times daily.

I get at least 5-6 calls per day on my office telephone from this number. I finally tried calling it back today and got a recording to please hold for an available agent. I don't know what it is, but it is a nuisance. No message is ever left but I see the caller ID in my VM box. Weird.

I am sick and tired of this stupid number calling my office. How can we stop it from calling?

this number calls multiple times a day. no one there if I do pick up.  IDIOTS.

Same thing - multiple calls from this number, sometimes with nobody on the line; requests to be added to do-not-call list ignored.

They called my phone while I was out of town on 6/25 @ 11:16AM. It is against Oregon State law for telemarketing to call residential phones plus I am on the national do not call list.

Received another call from this number on 6/29/07 @ 10:32AM. I asked what they were selling and they hung up.
I called and spoke to supervisor Paula Anderson who gave this information:

According to Paula, they conduct business on behalf of Card Services, an affiliate of Bank of America. They are provided a phone list of clients from B of A and are soliciting clients for B of A business cards.
I informed Paula I was on the National do-not-call list. She said that list is not checked before they call. They call their B of A provided list of phone numbers and only remove numbers if the person called complains. I informed Paula I am on the FTC National Do-Not-Call list and that I reside in the state of Oregon where it is a crime according to Oregon state law for telemarketeers to call and solicit for business by telephone. She said she would inform her management.

They're calling me, too, up to ~3 times/day every other day or so for the past few days.
I pick up and no one answers within the first few seconds so I hang up.
I've emailed customer service at Bank of America based on comments I've seen here. We'll see what they say. I'm a good customer of theirs so they better listen!

This has been happening repeatedly--they call my direct line, I answer, no response. Today I wrote down the number displayed on caller ID, googled it and came up with this page. I doubt it's really Bank of America--probably someone posing as them, but then you never know.

Keep calling my Cell phone, and no one picks up.

I've received numerous calls from this number on my direct line, thankfully after 5 CST. Why doesn't somebody phreak them?
