Just received my credit card bill in the mail and seen a peculiar $24.95 charge from this 800 phone number - Value Saver when I googled it. I've NEVER seen or heard of these people in my life and I plan on getting a FULL REFUND. What I'm dying to know is how they got my credit card number in the first place.

I remember the phone call and told them that I didnt want to sign up and didnt want them to send me anything for "Free" I never received anything in the mail but did receive debits from my checking acct. After I realized what had happened.  I called my bank. They fixed everything.  I took very fast action when I saw one dollar out of my account.  Called them up and I asked where they were located. (Street address) They gave me a post box.  I thought it was interesting to work in a post office. She did not find is amusing. They will be caught.

My wife was going over our account and asked what I bought for $19.95 from WC Value Plus and I said nothing. Called the 800 number on the back of my bank card and reported this as a scam. The next morning I called the 1-800-475-1942 and spoke with a young man. I asked the name of the company and when this purchase was made and he could not tell me. I told him my name and zip code and he had my old address and I told him I was disputing this with my bank and I would be getting my money back and if the company tried to take any more money I would take legal action. I said "Google your 800 number and see how many pissed off people have posted about your scam. I hate my bank but when this crap happens they back me 100 %.

Call your bank and dispute the charges, they have to return the money and go after the "bad guys".

i did not authorize this savers program  or advantage care plus to take any money out of my account and am not sure how they have all my bank information. I called and canceled all the enrollments (19.95, +1.00) And they told me to call back in 2 days and that the money would be refunded into my account. These people are scam artists trying to fork out any little amount of money possible from anyone. They talk super fast and enroll you into all sorts of programs before you even realize how much they are going to be taking out of your accounts autmatically.
I had to scream and yell to get my money back. Once i threatened them with a lawsuit they instantly changed their attitude and "took care of the problem" , you can def. fight the charges on ur account and wouldnt stop trying untill they refund every penny. Also, i never received any products or rewards they had promised. Pure BS.

I called them and was told they were "Member Services" and that I signed up for a free 30-day trial for some stupid program.  She told me that I purchased something online and did not UNCHECK a box that was automatically populated to sign me up.  I asked her "what company are you associated with...who did this...what did I buy".  She said they don't know that information.   Nice.  This is some type of scam, obviously.  Somehow it's legal, because they check the consent for you (without telling you) and you're supposed to know to search through and look for that.

I was told my membership was cancelled and I would be refunded.  I searched back to see what it could possibly be, and I believe it's because in a moment of weakness I ordered this STUPID Redi-Set-Go cooker from TV.  www.redisetgo.com and I believe they are responsible. I remember the check-out process being tedious and annoying with a lot of extra questions and pop-ups.  So apparently I missed something along the way.

I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, I recommend everyone else do the same when you are able to connect this "Member Services" to the company you purchased something from.

The guy said he would reverse the charges within 3 days but would not give me anymore info. I have no idea how they got away with this. I will close that account tomorrow. Hope they or the bank refund my money. It's not alot, but I don't have alot.

Yes siree JAG. Way to go. I noticed this 'phony' charges to a credit card on Nov.of 2009;problem was they had been doing the "KA-CHING SCAM" on our credit-card already for three months to the tune of $ 24.95 the third day of every month. My wife thought I was doin' somethin' and I finally asked the wife if "she's doin'something?" I think that is how these bluud-sukin'leeches get themselves attached and keep themselves alive to reproduce another day.  Like you, I took the liberty to give these parasites a " jingle " one afternoon.... pretty-much the same song you got was the come-back convsatn.'till I give'm some unspeakable language "here",,,they said they would cancell my acct.number with them, and as far as a refund---that they would send me a confirmation as to when we would have knowingly agreeeeed to the KER-CHING every month for our nonexisting REWARDS??that were so lavish we couldn't see over them?,and some paper for me to request refunds for theirs and for the "AT HOME REWARDS PLUS" for $20.95 that was going on before our EYES WIDE-SHUT for the last few yeeeeaaars.  Hope that "IT" was as good for you JAG. as "IT" was fer me.....Many happy returns.

This is an absolute scam.  I've been requesting a refund for over a month now even though I canceled this bogus membership back in September.  They were still charging me so I again requested a refund and explanation why I was still being charged.  Needless, to say I got no true answer and am still awaiting this documentation I need to get my refund. I've called their offices 3 times now inquiring about my refund and the documents I've yet to receive.

they called me about 2 months ago. I didn't answer but they kept on calling until I picked up the phone. I used the phone's keys to answer questions but I though that as long as they didn't have my account an pin numbers I was safe. they have used several names to charge me: budget savers, saveace, privacy m, travel member,mc call centers, cloncom.I don't know how they got my acc. # but they did and they have been charging me crazily. I just called them very angry and they said they would send me a form to request a refund. I'll wait for the form and my bak better help me get my money back or I'll start using the mattress.
