This number is really freaking me out, because it only calls when I’m alone in the house.

Easy solution for that.
1.  Get rid of your phone and then you won't be freaked out.
2.  Get treatment because getting freaked out over a phone call is not a sign of a healthy mental health state.

i received a call from this number and keep on asking for a credit card ,,,SCAM:::

Called several times throughout the year never leaving messages

Today I received a call from this number asking me if I was another name. I was dumbfounded because that was the name of my best friend who passed away earlier this week. I asked the woman on the other line who she was and why was she calling and she said she was with Bell Canada collections. I'm not with Bell so I knew it was a phishing call. I demanded her to take a photo of her report and email to me and she refused.  I then demanded her name and she refused I continued to demand more information of why she was calling and she hung up on me.  I am sure this is a scam but how they got my deceased friends name and then began calling me is extremely disturbing. When I called the number back it was Bell but I'm sure it's a fake line and all it did was put me on hold and no one ever answered.

It's a toll-free number. Why do you think it's a US number?

Because he spams the same thing constantly, and if I am not mistaken you have replied to that troll several times before.

For a Senior Bell Collection Agent, your use of the Canadian language is poor, you might spell check before hitting submit.

I am 100% sure that person will stop back after having posted 10 years ago to read your critique (not huge amount of sarcasm).

I keep getting this call and every time I answer they hang up. Is really ignoring. It must be a spam call or something.

This # is really from Bell Canada, it is indicated on their website. My bill is les then a month overdue, and i think their everyday calls are annoying. I dont answer cuz no use

I just looked at your Bell link and there is no such number listed there.
