I would like to thank everyone who took the time to post here!  I, too, just received a call from "Stacy" at OSI giving me a return phone number of (877) 931-0005.  Same story as everyone above, consolidating locations and liquidating office supplies.  She told my Senior Vice President the local County Clerks office referred her to him.  He transferred it to me and I was told our accounting office told her to call as we might want the same savings. (We had a good laugh about that).  Anyway, local school really helped her out and took a lof of supplies and she is down to her last few highlighters, post-its, tape etc. in the base colors.  I asked about how we would proceed IF we decided to order.  She said she would take care of all the shipping (when asked where from she said Madison) then her invoicing department would bill us later.  She couldn't email me a list as they had already taken her computer.  When I asked how she would take my order she said she would write it down.  I asked for her number and said I had to think about it and crunch some numbers.  Then I found this website.  Again, thank you to those above for saving me the hassle!

Well they are still at it today, the girls name was Charlie same story as everyone else posted just different southern girl. Glad I looked this up!

Still at it! Just received a call from a Jennifer Moore selling supplies. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I almost got caught.  Got a call today from a Rachel Smith.  Same exact story.  She really was good at what she was selling.  Same return phone number 877-931-0005.

Wow, what a find - Stacey just called me.  So glad I found this site, sounded sketchy and now I know why.  

Stacey Jones just called us (Public school) with all this surplus they needed to get rid of.  Same story as I read above here.  County clerk referred them to schools..blah blah blah.... Wanted to sell them at cost since their business was closing blah blah.  Told her I'd check to see what we needed & she gave me her # to call 877-931-0005. Added that she shares the voicemail with another coworker so leave her name on the message with what ever we needed.  So glad I found this site & this info.  Watch out people, these sweet talkers are very convincing!  Trying to take advantage of schools is a dirty shame!

I rec'd a call from Amy Jameson last week.  Very persistent and pushy.  My gut told me something wasn't right about it.  I should have followed my gut and researched it beforehand.  However, delivery hasn't been made yet so I will be refusing the order once it comes in.  They should be ashamed of themselves trying to take advantage of public schools or anybody for that matter.

Just received the same phone call as all previous posts. "Kenzie Lucas" was trying to sell office supplies, as their store was going out of business and they're liquidating their supplies. She quickly rattled off prices of highlighters, dry erase markers, post-its, etc. I asked her if there was a website from which I could see what I would be ordered, but "unfortunately because we're going out of business it's no longer working." She faxed over a list of supplies, but still no prices to look at. I'm glad I researched the number before moving forward. BUYER BEWARE!

I am so thankful that you all posted! I received a call from Stacey Jones with a call back number of 1-877-931-0005. She had the same story. Their company is downsizing and selling their office supplies for cheap. She talks very fast and can't email invoices due to her computer being taken down. Her prices don't add up and she is very confusing. We researched a few of her prices and they really aren't competitive. We strung her along for a little while to have a little fund and then reported the company. We are a school district and I can't believe someone would go after us! BEWARE!
