- JeffCalls my cell phone repeatedly. If I do not answer, no message is left. When I answer, they hang up. I called the number back today. Turns out it is Express Scripts/Medco, my prescription insurance provider. When I was asked whether I was calling for myself, or another individual, I blew up, and instructed them to stop the harassing calls or they would be reported. I will also follow up with my employer.

- Don B.My wife has to take maintenance Rx. Tried their system about 10yrs ago. It did not cost less, but more.
Sending and calling saying it was time to refill when she just barely got the Rx. One time they came in with
the package had been opened, with one of the Rx's missing. They never sent a replacement and wanted
us to pay for it anyway. Following year I got her off that crap.
They have been sending us mail saying it is cheaper--DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!! Better to buy locally and get
what you need as you need it.- Caller: MEDCO
- aprilcalled many times and asked to speak to husband !where were they when laid off and no ins.

- Dusty| 1 replyNo problem with Medco here. The employers choose the insurance plans. The employers choose who provides the RX coverage. I do not like the prices we pay for our RX's. Guess who sets those prices? Not Medco. The insurance plan -- which was written by either an insurance company or a self-insured employer.
Medco has always been helpful. They have replaced missing medications at no cost to me when the Post Office had taken the effort to make a notation that the package was damaged. They have replaced missing medications when they never arrived.
Medco Reps are doing their jobs. They manage millions of RX's for millions(?) of people. I don't think I want that job.- Caller: Medco

- RickI just got a call from this number and I am paranoid that I got called by a scam company. I NEED to know who this is so my home doesn't get broken into.

- Carol replies to DustyI disagree. If in fact it is Medco or a Medco employee and their job is to ASSIST in helping whoever has Medco as part of their insurance plan, then clearly they are NOT doing their job if more than half the people on here are complaining that they don't even have Medco! Clearly whoever it is that calls from this phone number IS TELEMARKETING SCUM. If it were truly a REAL LIVE Medco employee calling and they were NOT able to get through, then they would send a letter via REAL MAIL and notify the person that "We have been trying to contact you by phone and haven't been able to reach you...... blah blah blah (whatever the reason)" Now WE can decide if WE want to phone them back to talk to them about whatever it is they were calling about OR if we decide to trash the letter because we have NO MEDCO! I am sick and tired of these TELEMARKETING SCUMBAGS who you say are "doing their job" conctacting people who DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED! All they are doing is HARRASSING people and causing grief. They should go and get a REAL JOB and earn an HONEST LIVING rather then living on the dark side doing underhanded things to good people.
- JamieExpress Scripts - calling about my prescription plan. Seemed legit, they gave out their website which was correct and I do have Express Scripts through my work.

- veroThey say they are from express scripts. They try to get you to buy medication through them instead of a local drug store. They offer to send you your medication to your home and want a credit card number to do so. I wouldn't trust giving any information over the phone.

- IrritatedSeems like a scam. Never trust anyone calling to "help" you with something that involves giving them your credit card number. Call them and a known good number instead.
