- BigJ replies to CRI always tell them I work for Microsoft too and ask them for the 10 digit PRN number on the bottom of their Microsoft ID badge. I made that up by the way. Anyway, they usually squirm for a little bit trying to answer the question.

- The Real AzlanI got a call from this number as well. Someone named Michael from Microsoft. who immediately handed me over to the senior technical support person who wanted access to my system. I asked him for his Microsoft credentials and he said he had nothing but his Microsoft badge. Warning red flag I thin told him this sounds like a scam to get in my machine he said it wasn't but I chose not to believe him and hung up!

- IdellaI received a call this morning from a guy with an accent saying that my computer has a virus. I asked him if we called him and he got a tad aggressive saying I'm telling you your computer has problems. They've been getting problems with the email and such. Anyway, I asked him why wasn't he talking to our IT, I was a different department. He hung up so fast. I knew it was a scam from the beginning. It's amazing the lengths people go through to deceive others to rob them.
