Read what the post says....... Called, did not answer.  Did not leave a message.  I recognise the CID, because I have blocked other numbers from them.  This one will be no different......
The post says they have blocked other numbers from them. How do they know its them? Can they tell the future? Will the CUBS win the World Series again?  What a waste of time?

I just got a call from this number - this thread is so old and everyone is arguing back and forth I cannot tell who the heck the caller really is?  People are saying it is a bill collector named Client Services Incorporated?  Who are they a collector for?  What is it really about?

You probably owe a bill. I think you should answer and find it. If it is not you then just say wrong number and to please remove your number. Don't be a troll and hide. Thanks

    The person they called
Had my name only, looking to "verify" adress before giving any more detail.  When i refused, they hung up.

But is it a bill you actually owe?  To a company or creditor you have been dealing with?
Just because someone calls and demands money, you should pay?  That is at issue in about 85% of the threads here.

If you know who called, why did you look up the number? And did this "debt collector" mail you proof of this "past due bill" they want to collect on? Or did you just give them money because they told you to? See, anyone can call and claim you owe money but a REAL collector will MAIL you proof of the debt.

Of course stuff was mailed out, but how many people throw out the mail. Have a conversation with a human and don't be a troll. Everyone knows if they owe a creditor and if they don't they should fly a kite near a cliff.

And "how many people" come here to try and defend their scam? Besides you, I mean.
You have no guarantee "stuff was mailed out" since scammers try the fake debt collector trick all the time. By the way, why did YOU look this number up? Did this so-called debt collector call YOU? And what the heck does "fly a kite near a cliff" even mean?!

You should try doing as your username suggests. Most people don't throw out their mail.

It would make more sense to say "go jump off a cliff", then.
