Rude, harassing and vulgar...you would fit right into Client Services' operation.

Yesterday I was out running errands & had left the kids with a babysitter.  When I got home she said one of my neighbors had come to my door saying someone had called their house & asked if they lived near me & could they deliver a message.  The name was Bryan Sommer & the number was 800-521-3236.  I thought the whole thing was very weird & a totally violation of privacy.

Voicemail from Mr. Kent at this number.  Very polite and encouraging. Wish it was legit! I've been trying to make arrangements.

If it's not legit, why are you trying "to make arrangements?"

Bob Spar of Client Services Inc called looking for my daughter.  I told him she is married, has her own home, and has not been at this number for 4 years.  He wanted me to give him her phone number which I told him was unlisted and he has to contact her by mail.  He kept asking for her number so I asked him what the call was regarding.  He accused me of screening her calls since I asking so many questions. He said it was a business call and would not explain further. He then gave me his number 800-521-3236 ex 4665 and wanted me to have her call me.  He then wanted me to call him back to let him know I gave the message to her so he knows she has time to respond.  He already contacted her by mail.  I filed a complaint with the do not call registry (www.donotcall.gov) which I suggest other do as well.

Are you always in the habit of disclosing personal information to total strangers on the phone? It is none of his business that your daughter is married, has her own home and hasn't lived with you in four years. If a stranger claiming to be an aluminum siding salesman called you looking for your daughter, would you tell him her life story?  It is the same thing. Debt collectors have no special status or law enforcement authority. They are just another business looking to make a buck. What you should have done was tell him nothing more than that he had the wrong number and not to call back.

I am not trying to be sarcastic but it is stunning how easily people, especially my fellow women, are so indiscreet as to divulge very personal information to TOTAL strangers on the phone. This is how people get ripped off. This is how people have their identities stolen.

The Do Not Call list doesn't apply to debt collection agencies.

I got a call from this same number.  The caller left a message that was somewhat hard to understand. There was something about a letter that he had sent to me and he hadn't heard back from me.  Wanted me to call back even if he had reached the number in error so that my number could be removed from his information. Regarding how he related you to your mother even though you have the same last name; he must watch too much TV.  He could have possibly checked on a birth certificate for you if he had your maiden name and got the name of your mother from there.  At least that is how they do it on TV.

Someone by the name of Caryn Jean called my grandmothers house stating that is was urgent that they speak to my ex-husband. We have been divorced for 12 years and do not have the same last name. I have not had contact with him in over a year, even his recent ex wife doesn't know where he is. I googled this number and it has no business name. What is going on??? 1-800-521-3236 ext.4607

IS IS LEGAL TO FIND A NOTE FROM SOMEONE FROM 1800 521-3236 EXT 4206 NAME BIRD NOTE  ON A NEIGHBORD'S DOOR? AND I AM NOT THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR.

This company is not a scam pay your bills and they will not call. Common sence idiots ----YOU PAY THEY GO AWAY== you cant blame a collection agency for you not paying your bills , or trying to find someone who owes a bill. instead of wasting your time complaining here pay your bills or tell the people who owe to call them back   duhhhhhhh

We've been receiving phone calls from 1-800-521-3236 ext 4628, a Mr. Callen.  He's completely rude, asks very personal questions that are none of his business, and hangs up on us!!!   We're working with the attorney generals office...

have been receiving calls from this number, explained that they had wrong #, wrong person.  Very rude, have started recording their phone conversations now, just incase any further harrestment continues.

my dtr. received a call from this number looking for my ex husband who hasn't been around or in touch in 15 years!!! Her number is not listed or connected with the .....!
