- I'm Not PatriciaHave started calling me daily on my cell phone and asking for for "Patricia". Don't know Patricia, never knew Patricia. Made that clear on the initial call, but their minimum wage call center employees keep calling. When I've asked what the call is regarding, the phone center operator says "it's confidential".
What is the process or contact info. for reporting illegal and harassing calls. I understand victims can be compensated monetarily for each call that was made. Anyone know the federal contact info. for reporting ?- Caller: 800-523-7020
- JenHyundai Collections. Call me every month for at least 5 days and before 8 AM and 5 or 6 times a day even on weekends. I don't own a Hyundai. Someone should do something about them.

- Carolyn WhiteNasty people. Made threats. Do not own a Hundai--never will! Will not listen when I tell them do not call, cannot help you. Ask for personal information which I will not give. Call everyday. No longer answer their calls. Aggravating!
- Caller: Hundai Finance
- Call type: Debt collector
- JustStopItThis number was calling our business line 4-5 times a day and disconnecting as soon as we answered the phone. There was no way to even find out why they are calling. Their number is now blocked. Ignorant twatwaffles.
- Caller: Hyundai Finance

- AnonymousReceived a call from a guy stating he was from Hyundai finance saying that I owed 100 and something and if I wanted to pay it over the phone and I told him "NO" that I was going to call Hyundai myself to verify this! He then asked me if I was going to make a payment today? I replied back "I don't know it could be today, tomorrow, next week next, month I have no idea. Like I said I am going to verify this information myself when I called my Hyundai finance." Thank you and Bye 👋🏼.

- BigA replies to LindaAs an original creditor that is not regulated in 45 states, it is up to them.
- Ana replies to KarenIf you’ve ever go signed for someone that could be why they are calling
- Robin| 1 replyIs this for real? My sister owns a Hyundai. It is financed. She has payments taken out of her account. Might be an issue with the account. She admits to that They’ve called her multiple times but haven’t left a message. The issue is that they called me multiple times on my cell, landline. He would not tell me how he got my number. She is very lax with taking care of business but swears she is up to date with her payments. WTF? How am I involved????
- Caller: Michael.
- MikeHuntleton replies to Robin
Its quite possible they are looking up relatives, friends, co-workers, etc in an effort to cause embarrassment or force others to apply pressure towards your sister to make her payments. Debt Collectors don't care if they are harassing someone not involved directly, only that they get a payment.Quote:Is this for real?
WTF? How am I involved????
What you can do is confront them next time they call and tell them they will never reach the person they are calling for at your number. If they have an issue with a family member, you are not their "middle ground" for relaying information and what they are doing is harassment. Tell them you have recorded the conversation and inform them not to call you again. Don't give them ANY information about your sister either!
This worked for me after telling a "reputable" Debt Collection dept of a company, that I have call logs showing they are the caller and a recording of them calling me after informing them they have the wrong number. It might work for you too. If not, you might have to send a certified letter to the company requesting they do not call. - Charlieskeep calling day after hate that
- Caller: Unknow
- Mr James replies to KarenHyundai motor finance calls up to 6 to 8 times a day starting at 8:00am and ends around 10 -10:30 so ok I was behind due to an illness but paid $1289.45 leaving a balance around $310. anot only did I paid that but also 7.9r western union charges. Now two days later they call and want to know when I will be paying the $300, Well you will never see my business again nor my friends, also on a pleasure note I talked two of my friends from doing business with you.
- Rsdon replies to KarenI’m getting the same thing and I own a Hyundai. My caller ID says robo call and it doesn’t match the actual Billing’s number. Probably a scam.
