Apparently this is Hyundai Motor Finance however my payments are up to date and always have been on time so I believe this is a scam

Have a Hyundai and make regular payments via auto-pay. Nothing is overdue!  I’ve answered calls on my cell AND landline - caller is on the line, but won’t speak!!  SO sick of these harassing calls!!!

They call me four times a day.Even on Sunday morning.

I blocked their number so it goes straight to voicemail.  They leave a message saying it's about a visa card. LIARS. Every vehicle I've ever purchased gives a 1x change of due date and they wouldn't let me change it so you'll get the payment on the 20th like I wanted and as long as it's not past 30 days which it has never been, it's nothing you can do about it HYUNDAI!

What does a vehicle loan have to do with a visa card?

I have purchased quite a few cars and trucks and have never seen that.  But it doesn't really matter since you were supposed to read and understand the sales contract before you signed it.

They can keep reporting your payments as late to the credit bureau so yes, there is something that they can do about it.

I have purchased several vehicles as well and have also been in finance for more than 30 years. Do you actually know anything about how reporting late payments on a credit report works...FYI your credit report keeps track of 30 60 90 days late. I only pay it 10 days after the due date. I've been paying it that way for a year and a half now and there are no late payments on my credit report. Yes I do check my credit report regularly! THANKS!
