Call came in on our business line and we do not have a BOA business account.  Female asked for my husband and wanted his birth date to share some info with him.  He declined.  We do have a BOA personal checking which I did coincidentally miss a payment on, but I made up payment yesterday and all banks say they will never call and ask for information.  I believe as most people have stated that this is a SCAM.

calls on a line I never answer,so not a big deal to me, but,looking at call logs,see they call daily, DAILY!, and have done so 30+ times

they called here at 10 am...and again at noon....and again at 2 pm....and one more time at 4 pm.  told them that this is harassment and i would be contacting the attorney general here in mn.  asked the girl for her name, business phone number and immediate supervisor's name.  next thing i heard was "click"

Called stated was BOA called about my CC.. my REAL last 4 of credit card!! Wanted me to give Date and year of birth. When i asked did I owe they said could only answer after I verified. I advised they called me so I would not verify!!!

Received several calls but never a v/m. I thinks it’s a scam.

Lost my job and got behind on my credit card payments, definitely Bank of America Collections, They call me atleast 4 times a day!

This 800-536-1584 calls my cellphone number at least twice daily but NEVER Leaves any voice mail messages. It states that the Call is from United States. I won't answer ANY Numbers I do not KNOW. Who is THIS calling. THANK YOU.

Calls business on a regular basis asking for a specific employee, who can't take phone calls during the work day. I suspect the phone number isn't actually from Bank of America in the first place, especially after reading the other comments here. I ended up telling them that there's nobody here with the name they're looking for (which is technically true, as they're not in the office today). Hopefully they stop calling.

BEWARE!  I am not late on payments. I am on auto pay through their own website. This has to be a SCAM.

I am sure this is a scam...DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION...NOT EVEN YOUR DATE OF BIRTH. they want to get your credit card info. I just told them I will handle everything at my bank in person.  BEWARE

I have already been receiving calls from Bank of America collections from a number I recognize as them.  Then, a new week begins and it seems they have switched to this one.  I never pick up, so I guess they hope to fool me.  Miss one payment, and the fee they charge isn’t enough; they have to call multiple times a day!  I cannot wait to pay this card off and cancel it!

Said I was late for a BOA credit card payment. Sounded very legit. But I know Im not late on any payment and declined to speak with him. I later called BOA directly, and the customer service rep verified that no one from Bank of America had reached out to me. This is a scam number sounding legit, and looking for personal information.

I called our banks and checked our credit cards and balances. Nothing was late, they all said no one had called, nothing on record. They all told me NOT to give them any of our information and said it was a scam, wanting to get our information! So just because they say they are collecting for B of A, means nothing! Call the number on the back of your card and check it out that way to be safe!!! That is what all of our credit card carriers told me on the phone! And we were not late on any of them! Scam!!
